I wanted a bag to use for traveling with my laptop. It doesn't quite fit my 15.7" laptop but would fit a 13.5" perfectly. Love the overall design though.

I use this product for my school supplies and work supplies! I really love this backpack. If I could change one thing, I would make it a little bigger just because it's hard to squeeze my books in it with the amount I have! But other than that, it's a great product!

The laptop pocket is a bit tight but does the job. If I can find a water bottle holder to attach somehow, then I would be 100% happy with this bag.

I have used this for day outings as well as a quick overnight trip out of town. It's perfect when I need more than a purse but don't want something large and in the way. Love the versatility of traditional backpack straps or the tote handles! Easily fit in my lap or under the seat in front of me on a plane ride.

I use this back pack as my work bag at a hospital. Doesn't always fit my lunch and I wish there were more pockets. I really love the attractive design though!

The design of the bag awesome! But it isn't that big. Two books and the bag is full. I love the top handle and the hidden pocket on the front of the bag.

I love this backpack! The small size is perfect for my small frame (5'1 100lbs) as most regular size backpacks look ridiculously huge on me. Great for carrying your essentials without all the extra material and weight like other backpacks do. The material is very sturdy and the straps are very comfortable. The panel opening makes the bag super easy to pack as well as finding your items. What would have set this backpack over the top were if they added maybe one or two small pockets in the interior panel opening.
This is a must have backpack for commuting, short hikes, everyday carry, weekend getaway. Of course, it depends on how much stuff you like to take. If you like pack everything plus your kitchen sink, this is not the pack for you. However, if you are one that only takes the essentials, buy this bag!

I bought this because it was cute kinda retro and exactly what my daughter wanted. I didn't really check the dimensions or sizing because I didn't see anywhere "kids backpack" It is however, tiny. I got it and thank God its for my 5th grader. It is a quality pack and cool.

Super cute however it is a bit small to my liking. It's really cute to carry around but as a backpack it just looked a bit funny on my back since it's smaller.

The bag is very small almost good for lunch and a laptop for work. Not good for air travel too small I think. Good for office and commuting. Fits a small laptop or tablet.

Was looking for a bag that I could take with me for wandering around the city. The bag is light and can carry a surprising amount of things, but I couldn't adjust the strap so that it was flat against my back, so I decided to return it.

I was in the market for a smaller everyday backpack, so I decided to go with this one, but the size was a miss for me. It's small square shape was just awkward looking on. If you have a petite frame or are in the market for a small backpack, this would be for you. I just ordered my toddler a backpack and the size was similar, so unfortunately, this is coming back. Other than the size though, it does seem like a nice pack, and typical North Face quality!

Excellent backpack for an elementary age child if you live where the weather is consistently warm. Quality material and zipper, great features, and cute, but we had to return due to it being too small to fit my son's boots, snowpants, hat, mittens, etc. Also, its more of a burnt orange color than red.

I purchased this for my kindergartner. The color is perfect shade of pink. The khaki gives it a cool edge. The most important thing that is missing is a side pocket for a water bottle. There is a still a mask mandate, and schools are requiring water bottles to keep our children hydrated.

It was too small, and I return it over two weeks ago. I have not got my money back yet.

The stitching was falling apart less than 2 weeks of me wearing it. I simply just put my school supplies inside. It was already getting stringy.
Also, in the video description of this bag, it showed it can fit a 13'' laptop but mine would BARLEY fit! And I have a 13'' MacBook Pro. Ridiculous. Also, shipping took forever and their customer service reps don't know what they're doing.

The fabric was an off-color and looked cheap. I was very disappointed and returned the item immediately. There were not enough pockets. Overall, I was just sad.
