These shoes are extremely comfortable but they run small. Had to give them to my daughter and order a size larger.

Bought these for a Christmas present but needed a different size. Returning process was smooth but am still waiting on store credit to purchase again. Its been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting on credit.

Loved the color of these but had to return for a smaller size! I always wear an 8.5 or 9 but the 9 was way too big and slipped up and down on my heel. My daughter's size 8 fit great and are amazing!

I have not been able to wear my shoes, due to them being too big. It says to size up if you wear a half size, I knew that I could not wear a 7, so I sized down. They are still too big. I hate this because I have been trying to find the sparkling for at least a year. I tried a 6 on at the store, and they fit, but when I got the Sparkling ones, they did not. I was so excited to get these, and now I can't wear them. Everyone in my family love theirs, and I was so happy that I finally found the ones that I wanted. Just a little let down.

Shoe is great, have to down size. I know the holidays were crazy but I submitted 3 requests for an update on my order and still to this day I have not received a email back from the support team. My order took over 18 days to even ship.

Everything about the color, weight and feel of these shoes are amazing. I want to give a five star review but they ran big but still amazing shoes. Just have to wear thick socks with them.

Love these shoes. They can be used on special occasions and casually.

The shoes are excellent but the shipping took twice as long as quoted. It took 3 emails to get a response and that came after the shoes finally arrived. The shipping was refunded though so they made good on that.

The pattern on the shoe was very cute, but the size it for for small. For reference I usually wear a 9.5/10 and I got a 10 but will be returning to get a 11 that is how small they fit.
