Love the shoes.. the service from Hey dudes to return really sucks tho!!! I ordered 2 sizes because i had to go down a full size. Now I need to return & cant get a reply!

The fit is perfect, but they don't look as nice in person as they did online

I was so excited to get these because I had heard such great things about them, however they are NOT true to size and they run big. I usually wear an 8 in all shoes so that is what I ordered. When I put them on they are too big. I have at least an inch between my toes and the front of the shoe. I tried to tighten the bungee shoe strings and the plastic covers and the covers that go over those all fell off. Trying to get some one to contact me to discuss this is nearly impossible. No phone number to call customer service, I emailed and did their chat, only to be told that I needed to email a picture of the issue and a picture of the bottom of the shoes to the warranty department which I did and here a week later still no word from the company. I explained that I didn't want my money back and that I only wanted a smaller size and a pair that the covers would not fall off of when I tried to adjust the bungee strings. I am very disappointed in this company.

Thought from picture on website that shoes were black. Was not pleased with that.

I ordered my size according to my foot measurement, the shoe delivered was a full size to large, even though it was sized as a 9. They are also extremely wide so if you have a wide foot/heel theyre perfect. They dont work for me or anyone else in my family we tried three different styles. Size feel big but comfortable

This makes my third pair of Hey Dudes and I feel that this pair is not as comfortable as my other two pair. I also believe that they should come in Wide fit and half sizes.

I like dudes but black black would be nice

My shoes are so cute! Unfortunately, they run really big! I wish the site mentioned that you might want to order down, especially if you usually wear a half size.

Last pair I ordered were to small these were to big

This is my 4th pair of Hey Dudes and unfortunately the quality has really gone down as the popularity of these shoes have grown. Slightly disappointed.

Too wide around the ankle instead of being wide at the toe box

The feel of the shoe is very comfortable like all my other pairs but the sewn strip on the outer heel rubs my skin every time I wear it and causes my foot to bleed.

I think they are really comfy and cute, but they are too big. I was hoping that I could figure out the laces to tighten them up, but they are just a tad bit. I cant return them because Ive worn them. Ill still wear them but probably not all day.

This one fits almost perfectly but the width is too small compared to a size I had before.

Although I love the shoe it self it is WAY TOO BIG..for me. I wear a 5. This 5 is more like a 6. I had to put shoe pads inside and wear socks.

Ok. Not as comfortable as I hoped. Sized down and still big. Will need to wear socks with them. Ugh!! Like the color.

I dont like the shoe laces

Just got this in yesterday and thought I would love them since I love all my others. These are the only ones that I don't love. No padding it's like walking on the street barefoot!
