This company did a fantastic job with my exchange. I ordered the wrong style of shoes for my daughter in law. I sent the first pair of shoes back at the company's expense. I was refunded the next day. They also let me apply a discount to my new order after I accidentally submitted my order without applying it. I was so impressed with this company and their service that I did a shout out on Facebook.

I love these shoes. I received a pair as a gift. The plaid ones. Not as sturdy as these and they dont fit as snug. I wear them as slippers. I should have returned them but like I said wearing them as slippers
