I received my Hey Dudes 2 weeks ago and I was Super excited to get them, when I took them out of the bag they ended up not fitting and were way too big. I exchanged them the next day and mailed them back. I recieved an email last saturday saying my new ones were on the way, but still haven't received them yet. They haven't shipped out yet because my returned ones haven't got to you guys yet. Im very dissapointed :( I am still waiting on my new shoes, but I'm sad that the turn around time has been like this!

I bought these as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. They was very big and had to exchange for a smaller size. Otherwise she liked them.
