I think I need a bigger size my toe touches the end of shoe haven't worn them a lot have to decide if they are too small or not

Their good its just the problem is that I feel like my feet are really skinny and they can slip on and off so could you just make them wider or make some that arent that wide for people like me that have long feet but arent wide you know what I mean lol thanks!
