I tried to exchange both pairs of Wendy's . I ordered ladies shoes by mistake

I ordered a size 7 but received a size 8. Finally was able to text with customer service who verified my order. Company sent wrong size and was not very accommodating to the customer. Your mistake was not corrected by your company in any way. I ended up donating the shoes and moving on. Very disappointed in customer service. Will not order from again.

These shoes will last all of a few weeks, maybe months at best. The soles are very thin with zero support. Will not be buying again.

Did not meet expectations compared to my Bob's. My legs and feet were so sore, all I could think about was getting home & getting them off. My toes were rubbing everywhere. The inside of the shoe is not soft at all on the feet. Probably not for someone my age. Stuck with the purchase & donating to charity

Narrow. Quality is nothing like shown in picture. Other then being packaged cute hate everything else. Will be returning. My foot hangs off the sides and back. I got wide cant imagine what normal looks like.

Never received the shoes I ordered November 24th. I've sent 5 emails to your company and tried to contact you every single way possible but just get a generic response back that pretty much says your to busy. So hey dude sucks

I ordered the Wendy Chambray- white Nut in size 7 (us) but you sent me Walley Washed Smoke Size 9 (us) Checking my email to confirmed my order Placed on Nov 28th, it did not have a order number assigned in order to do a Exchange/return. Apparently there is no was to CALL A REAL HUMAN to see how to resolve this since issue I have because i have no "order number" to place anywhere. I also sent a message on your FB page along with a photo of my order as well as what you sent.. I placed a NEW order today for the same thing since its a Christmas present and Hope someone can tell me how to see these Grey ones back for a refund...

My order says it shipped 3 weeks ago, but it never left the shipping location. I still have not received my order, but received an email asking me to review the order. I've contacted customer service three times asking my order to be shipped out and have not heard back.

These shoes have not been received. Sent an inquiry to customer service a couple days ago with no response as yet. Tracking indicates waiting for courier pickup.

I love Hey Dudes. These are women's size 12 because I wear an 11love . I sized up and they are too small. The shoe is so pretty though compared to the mens Ive been wearing. I sized up in mens too and they fit great but dont look as nice on women.

Never received packages try to contact hey dudes through email and never answer

I ordered these as a gift for a friend and one is a size 7 and the other a size 8. I have emailed hey dudes 4 times and have yet to get a response on how we can resolve this issue. I love my hey dudes and really wanted her to have a pair for our trip.

I have never received my order. I have tried to contact the company several times and no one responds. Tried to use the chat and no one responds to that either. I just want what I ordered.

I was sent dirty/defective shoes and cannot get ahold of customer service. I have tried many times and have gotten no response.
