Horrible one of the shoes was broke inside so everytime I walk it pops and sticks me in the bottom of the foot I emailed hey dude and they said there was nothing they could do and would not refund me or even exchange the shoes I would not recommend heydude anymore and I have bought over 10 pairs will not buy again

Unfortunately, I reached out to multiple times to provide this feedback and I've never heard anything back from you. I ordered these shoes very specific time and event and was assured that I would receive them in time. Not only did I not receive them in time but the shipping date kept getting pushed back and I attended the event and came back before the shoes ever arrived. So disappointed... However, I ordered another pair today for my son, regardless of this experience and obviously the lack of concern on the part of HeyDude to even reach out to me. I ordered these for him because he doesn't need them in a timely fashion but if I ever needed something again for a specific event, I definitely would not take a chance on HeyDude.

Too small. How do I return and order the correct size?

I was disappointed. They are not very comfortable, and I can't return them because they are a sales Item.

Cheaply quality

The material runs my toes and if I go larger they are too big. My first pair didn't feel this way

Doesn't say if it for woman or man. I ordered for my husband and they didn't fit because it's in woman size. Now I'm not able to return them because it was a final sale.

Purchased these shoes. They were too large. Wanted to exchange them. It was a final sale( which I was not aware of). So not very happy eith the customer service.

Don't fit. Can't get a refund

I ordered Wendy Chambray - Light Blue Grey, but I was sent light grey. I have gone online and requested an exchange for the right shoe, but two weeks have gone by and I haven't received an email, tracking number, or update on getting the right shoe sent to me.

Too small and can't exchange

As another user has mentioned I have ordered the Light blue grey color but received the light grey color THREE different times. Customer service is absolutely worthless as well. Do not recommend this company.

Shoes were for a gift and they came in a shipping bag!. Not even box like they supposed too.

I purchased two pajrs at the same time amd both were the same size. The other pair i couldnt be happier with, but this pair doesnt fit whatsover. They are way too small. Not sure how that happens with them both the same slzr, but this pair i cant wear at all.

I purchased these shoes a little over a year ago, and I have loved them. The problem I have is that they melted. I left them in my car while I was at work, and they are completely misshapen and the soles melted. I tried to contact customer support, and they were absolutely no help. They told me to go back to the retailer. Well, as expected, the retailer told me there is nothing they can do as I purchased the shoes over a year ago. I do not blame the retailer. My problem is completely a manufacturer defect, yet the manufacturer does not want to do anything to support the brand. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Please do not order from this site. I have paid for 2 pair in May. Have gotten nothing but the run around every since. Scammed

Even though I informed them the shipping address was wrong, they still shipped them and said sorry nothing we can do

I have a slew of messages between myself and Hey Dude. I ordered shoes on 4/23, paid for them. I kept receiving new order numbers, 5 to be exact and I have yet to receive the shoes that I ordered. You sent me after 2 months a man's shoe. Order no.'s: 7741743, 7663772, 7878375, 8009581, 8084165. Send me the shoes that I paid for and want. Ridiculously sad customer service.
