these shoes were lighter than I expected. they fit my size perfectly. I like the secure heel and the extra cushion there. good arch support as I come to expect from ASICS. the laces are a mistake. they are too thin and don’t hold a knot. I’ll replace those right away. very happy overall.

I buy these shoes all the time and I love them. The gel really makes them comfortable. I sometimes I have problems with my heel hurting and these really help.

perfect fit right out of the box

Fit far superior in 4e than anything from the competition, especially the squishy fresh foam options, and even shoes at a much higher price. Solid on a Colo. trail for a short hike. Dont know about previous versions, but this one beat out literally 7 competitors in the casual running trail shoe category.

I've loved the shoes for years. But the laces vary. 11 size was like a thin dress shoe, and too short.
