My favorite go-to athletic shoe is the Gel Venture series. They are perfect for my job as a fitness instructor. Trail shoes seem to be hardier but lighter than cross trainers. My only ongoing complaint about the Gel Venture is the front toe box needs to be reinforced as almost always after about 4 months of use my big toe wears a hole in the top of the shoe, shortening the life. This could be solved if the rubber surrounding the front of the shoe was brought up an inch.

They are slightly narrower than most in standard width.

My Gel-Venture 7 shoes are incredibly comfortable, thanks to their gel cushioning technology. The shoes are also very durable, with a tough sole that can withstand rough terrain and wear and tear. Tongue could be wider I have a hard time covering both sides of my foot with the tongue so no sock is showing

The 10.5 regular width, my usual size, is a little snug in the mid foot area. Otherwise a very good multi purpose shoe I wear everyday.

I really would have preferred something with green but chose this instead. I had green Gels before

the sneaker is okay so far. reasonably comfortable, looks good. only issue are the laces. its like trying to tie dental floss. could you have found a cheaper thiner piece of rope than what you've provided?

Very comfortable, 5 miles per day without any fatigue. A bit narrow and I don't like the laces. Overall, comfort and looks 4 starts.

I wear these Asics to work, they are so comfortable and that really helps because I work 12 hours shifts, with other shoes my feet was achy and tired!

Its a comfortable pair of shoes. I also have the Gel-Venture 8. Both are very similar except for the lace material. The lace on the 7 is harder to loosen from eyelet so shoe removal become an issue.

The shoes I ordered seemed a little bit smaller than the last pair I bought. However, they still fit. I'll order a half size bigger next time.

Shoe fits as advertised. The shoe is a little stiff and the cushioning could be better if you intend.to long run in them. Otherwise a good overall shoe for walking or shorter runs.

fit is too tight, I normally wear a size 11, ordered size 12, still too tight.

The Venture-7 for me is a good, cheaper end, shoe for trails, snow, and ice. Good tread and good comfort but a little "clunky" in the bend and in the step.

These are great for my husband's plantar fasciitis but they don't last that long. He is not a runner but wears them almost everywhere.

very comfortable. held up well walking through Reno, NV, and did well on 5 mile trail run.

I use these shoes for dog walking and hiking over/thru moderate terrain and woods. Thick and chunky soles provide excellent grip and the exterior wicks away moisture. Not the most comfortable shoes but excellent for these applications and an outstanding value.

Shoe is comfortable with laces expanded as far as possible. While marked as 4e is is too narrow. It would be nice if ASIC's offered true 4e widths in a large variety of shoes.
