Size up bc they run small. And they don't come in half sizes. Buy some Nikes.

Shoes were too narrow even though I ordered wide width.

These sneakers felt so cheap. The sizing was large and they were very uncomfortable

Love the shoe, very comfortable but after only a few uses the eyelet broke. I had to return the shoes.

I was so sad. 5 minutes in walking with them my feet were killing me. I love new balance but this shoe was not the right fit for me. Not comfy foam either.

I have been wearing these shoes for years. I'm a nurse and depend on comfortable shoes, but the last 3 pairs I bought have been way too small! 6.5. Tried the Wide width. Tried a 7. NOTHING fits or feels comfortable anymore. Looks like I have to change brands.

The "N" logo seemed to be material that is glued on and would not last. I've had a pair of Fresh Foam Roav in all gray that I've worn often and have lasted three years (and still going). Returned these for a different style with sewn on N and they were too narrow (even though they are the same size as the pair I've had for years. Somewhat disappointed in the QC that would allow two shoes of the same size to fit so different. Would love to find another pair that fits like my current Fresh Foams.

This shoe didn't have a separate tongue which I guess is good for sliding in and out, but is not practical for actual activity or if you have high arches!

Ordered the Fresh Foam Roav (mens), what arrived were women's shoes that looked nothing like these.

not confy and didnt fit as described.... Expected it to be perfect fit but it is not....

So I work on my feet 9 to 18 hours a day, I ordered these hoping they would relieve m,y foot pain... Sadly they were too narrow even though I had ordered very wide, or the widest shoe possible. The show is very narrow, designed for running long distances, which is great if that's what I needed, and or if they had been wide enough... but these shoes hurt my feet with the narrow design, I put new ensoul in them hoping for a better fit... it didn't help.

I am a lifelong Nike customer. But I was looking for a certain style and just couldn't find what I wanted in a nike shoe. So I found these new balance sneakers and they were just the style I wanted. But when I put them on and wore them for just a few hours I realized I had made a mistake. The soles feel cheap and hard offering no comfort or support. My big toe and ball of the foot actually began to hurt from so little cushioning. The toe area is narrow and the diagnostic of the shoe has the pointed part of the shoe in the middle. But that is not where most human toes lie. Toes are offset to the inner portion of shoe. So this design forces your toes to inward. Then the laces don't come far enough up on the forefoot so there is enough play in the ankle area which allows for your foot to move up and down as you walk causing your heel to rub against the inside of the shoe. I believe that a wide option in this shoe is available but I usually think that reserved specifically for extra wide feet and I have NEVER required an extra wide shoe. Had I known they run arrow I may have considered that option. What a disappointment and I know will not consider new balance again because of this poor first impression

Loved the shoes until the little loops that hold the shoe strings broke. Only had them for a couple of months before they broke

I was very excited to get these shoes. I have had them for around 6 months and I am so disappointed. Shoe strings are falling apart and there are rips all over on both shoes! New Balance should be ashamed of a product like this! I usually don't write reviews, but I had to with how disappointed I am with this product.

I have been a NB customer for many years. The shoes have always been comfortable and fit well. I recently purchased a pair of "Fresh Foam" sneakers. Within a few weeks of moderate usage, both of my big toe toenails turned black and eventually fell off. These shoes are not comfortable, and provide little support. I don't know if the manufacturing process has changed or not. But these are by far the worst pair of shoes that I have ever had. I strongly advise you not to buy these. So far, NB has not responded to my prior review. Truly disappointing shoes as well as customer service.

Very comfortable, but my pinky toe and big toe wore a hole through the material within a month of buying them. I don't run.

I would not recommend this product. I wore them for 3 months, ran in them less than 10 times and holes are in the toe area. I have contacted customer support, sent my pictures and No response since August. Very disappointed

The shoe is absolutely the worst to keep clean. Made mistake of purchasing white The 9.5 runs small and the width is unacceptable, which I did order extra width.

The piece that holds the shoestring ripped so now the string doesn't go up the whole she. Terrible.

The good: comfortable and very lightweight. The BAD: had them for 5-6 weeks, and they're already falling apart. Sole is already wearing out. "N" logos are all falling/peeling off. Inconvenience: laces all seem for size 13 sneakers only. Even if I triple loop them, still too long, so you'll keep stepping and tripping on them.

They are really cute but they are already falling apart.the foam is worn down and the loops where u put the shoe strings two are already broken. I've only had them like 3/4 weeks

NB products are not the same. The material was cheap.

Shoes are much cuter online then in person. Runs very small.

So I bought these based on the look and reviews. Something seems defective in one of the shoes. It's always loose regardless of how tight I make it. I've reached out to customer service twice and never receive a response.
