I bought these shoes for work. I only got to wear them a handful of times before the mesh on the right shoe had a hole in it above my right great toe. Shoes typically last me a long time. Would not purchase again.

Shoes came quick and felt very comfortable. After a few days I looked down at the shoes and noticed the New Balance "N" on the side of the shoes was peeling off. I'm going to avoid purchasing their shoes going forward.

One of the shoes makes a popping noise when walking due to the material bowing out.

These New Balance shoes are not comfortable at all, I feel like I'm walking on concrete. I will not order again.

No padding feet were not happy legs hurt just plain uncomfortable

I've bought the same model a year before, in the same size. Last time I didn't even need to break them in. This time when I got these shoes I tried to wear them for a few days, and they were so painful I stopped wearing them completely. They felt so stiff and like they had no give, way different than the pair of Roavs I still have. Sadly I'm unable to return them because my roommate accinele threw away the box. My local store confirmed that even through the shoes we're essentially new I couldn't get a refund without the box. Now I'm stuck with shoes I can't even wear without getting blisters. This experience was so different from my previous experience buying roavs, I won't be getting any more out of fear for my feet.

Logo started to peel on both shoes after two weeks. Not worth the cost.

Shoe is not comfortable. Has a tie-in tongue, I don't know how else to describe it but you can't adjust the tongue for comfort. My feet hurt after my first walk in them.

Thought these would be a lot more comfortable but after walking in them twice I can't wear them bc they hurt my feet after an hour.

I wore the shoes 4 times and they are already falling apart at the sides. It's too bad, they were comfortable...back to Nike.

Never encountered this before, but the soles of these shoes (I tried two pairs, said they were manufactured in the middle of 2020, both did this, they were the gray "lead" style with the orange/tan "N") seem to release some very slippery coating onto my hardwood floors. The soles do no feel slick to the touch, and do not slip on the floor themselves, but everywhere I walked they made the floor slippery. Places where I stood for a minute or two became very slick, to the point that when I took my shoes off I almost slipped and fell as my socks slid out from under me. Again, the soles do not feel slick to the touch, but if I rub my fingers on them for a few seconds, my fingers become slippery. Not sure what is going on. Improperly mixed or cured urethane (I assume the soles are urethane) can release a slick, oily residue, so maybe that's it. They were made during the height of manufacturing issues in the pandemic, and they are now almost two years old, so maybe they are really starting to leach this residue out. The only other thing I can think that it could be is that New Balance recommends cleaning their shoes with a silicone-based cleaner. If New Balance is cleaning their returned shoes (i.e., if someone orders them, they don't fit and they exchange them for another size) with this kind of cleaner it could leave a slick residue if not fully wiped off, which the next person has to deal with. Not sure if New Balance handles returns like this or not, though. Otherwise, I liked the shoes, though my heel slipped in them more than I would have liked. They do seem to run small. Shame they had this slippery condition, that is a total deal-breaker.

I'm a registered nurse in a busy nicu for 28 yrs now, I was trying to find a shoe for work and was hoping this was it, sadly no, it was good for a couple hrs but not for the 12 hrs I need my search continues

There was nothing wrong with the shoe per se. I am a true size 9.5, but in NB's must always get a 10, which I did in the Roav's but they were too short. I have tried different styles of NB for my plantar fasciitis and low back pain, and had to return, so I guess I cannot wear NB. Not the fault of the shoe, or the company. Sometimes things just don't work out in life.

I will be sending shoes back.I ordered a size 10.5 EE wide and my foot will not fit in them at all they are narrower than my Reeboks that are a regular size 10.5.

How about you set the web page up so that its by foot size you show me all these shoes but when I look for the right size its hide and seek. Its a complete waste of time to look at shoes that do not fit ....

There is no cushion what so ever. Do not recommend if your going to be standing all day.

I ordered these in October, 2020 for wearing as good (dress type) shoes. I don't remember wearing them since but I did this Tuesday April 26, 2022 to go to my doctor's office. When I got home I walked around the subdivision (about 1/3rd mile' I usually walk over 2 per day) and got pain in the ball of my left foot. I don't get this pain with my CMX336B'S that I usually wear or any other of my walking/running shoes?? NB is my shoe of choice but I can't wear these any more. No evidence of a cause felt inside on shoe sole. Only saw one other complaint of "pain" and a couple of discomfort

I am disappointed because this is my 3rd pair of roav and this pair is too tight

I tried this as a running shoe and after a few mins on the treadmill I took it off and put my old running sneakers on. It is too long and my foot was rubbing and hitting all the wrong place sliding around while I tried to run. I returned this shoe. I also ordered cross training sneakers in the same size, and they fit comfortably so I'm not sure about the sizing discrepancy between the two styles.

Shoes like great but are very uncomfortable. Disappointed in these.

This shoe is a slip-on.The web site did not specify this. Hard to get on hard to get off. I am not a fan of this type shoe. Sent it back Cute though!

Bought these for my handicapped father online who can't go to a store but he wore them for 2 weeks before telling me they don't fit as too small in toe box but can't return since he wore them and not like new now

It is a poor replacement for the previous model I loved the previous model I returned them immediately

Very narrow. The foam is very hard and doesn't adjust with your foot. I returned.

Not great. Couldn't even make it a month. Disappointing
