Love New Balance for their comfort and roomy toe box, but this one was extremely tight for my slightly wider foot!

I bought a few pairs (5) of these shoes. I reserved two pairs for when my other pairs would get old, I would get the exact same model. Four months after the purchase, I opened one of the two boxes of new Fresh Foam Roav I had and discovered that one of the sole was unglued. Never used them. So I contacted the support, sent them pictures of the defective shoe and here's their answer, after 1 month : "We're sorry to see this. If shoes go unused for long periods of time [4 months*], the materials and adhesives can dry out. This can cause the outsole to start coming unglued like with your Roav." (we specifie) Well, they offered me an insulting 30$ off on my next purchase. These shoes that I paid around 125$ are not completely unusable. I don't know about you but I won't buy New Balance from now on. Too bad cause I genuinely think these are very comfy. At least, they could have made it right.

Returned this item because did for fit great. Waiting quite a few weeks now for my refund which is super annoying.

Not comfortable at all. Toes are squished and the foot slides forward causing friction. Would not recommend.

perhaps the pair I bought were mislabeled but the size 8 felt like a 6. I have lots of NB sneakers and love them. This part was not the norm.

I ordered these shoes in my shoe size, but when received, they were too small. Sent them back to exchange for a larger size. Seem to be nice and comfortable, but won't know until I receive the new size. Still waiting, and it's been a couple weeks.

I bought these for work and have only worn them a handful of times. The mesh on the top of the shoe has started unraveling for no reason.

You can buy the exact same shoe and it feels totally different. I've bought this shoe type several times . Sometimes it's super comfy and then I rebuy and the shoe kills my feet and hurts my knees and back. How can that be? It's just so weird. Worst part is, you have to walk in them to know and then you can't return them. I just don't see this shoe as consistent. It's really weird.

The quality has decrease, they look cheaply made and feel the same on my feet. I have a pair on now that I purchased 3 years ago and the quality and support is good the new pair I was very disappointed and would never purchase again.

After 2 weeks of my son wearing his new sneakers they began to fray at the toes and the plastic tie cover is already peeling back. So unfortunate after spending that money.

I love New Balance shoes and have always worn a 7 wide. When I ordered that size in these, they were extremely tight. They didn't seem like a wide at all!

Within one week there was a hole in the top of the shoe. Returning because of the issue.

I love this product and style of NB . I've had two other pairs for work both size 9 wide . This pair does not feel wide and I can't wear them to work. I was disappointed for the first time with NB .

I sent the sneakers back to New Balance on Monday July 25,2022.......The tongue on these was attached to the shoe....And the back of these was quite high.....This made them very difficult to put on.....Once on they were light and nice.......But not worth the effort to try to get them on......I am sad cause these looked so good and comfy......

Cute shoes but hard to slip my feet into and not that comfortable, puts a lot of pain on where the arch of my foot is.

I will love to wear the sneakers to walk, but too small

Not wide, runs very narrow. Cute shoes, but if you are looking for wide shoes look somewhere else.

Does not fit well, especially on heel. Would not recommend.

Walking, lifestyle and definitely not running. These shoes have lost the quality that I have come to expect from NB. I had a pair of fresh foams from about 5 years ago that were far better in construction materials, and comfort. These shoes are too narrow, have poor material in the sole and upper.

Bought the product in mid June. Have used exclusively at the gym, 3 times a week since. Stitching is coming out and shoe is coming apart already. Have worn less than 20 times.

Shoe has no support. I was miss directed inside your site and tagged the wrong shoe. I was to late to stop order.

They came labeled as Mens size 11 reg. as ordered. But when I tried them on the actual fit size was 9 at most and sneakers were very narrow. Therrible fit, not even close

Returned these sneakers. Not comfy at all. They felt uncomfortable walking around in them.

I was very excited getting them but the size is extremely too small.
