So happy with the purchase. It was a birthday gift for my Dad and he loves it! Style, quality and comfort in one shoe! A very good buy indeed and would totally recommend it!

These are well worth the money and I'm proud to support an American made product and support our local economy. New balance makes a great product but could use some more style options for those of us who don't want dad shoes even though we're dads. Changing to neon colors doesn't necessarily make the shoes more modern looking.

I am grateful to New Balance for offering narrower sizes than medium. I can get a top quality shoe that actually fits well. Nike just ignores that segment of the market. You have a very loyal and enthusiastic customer in me.

I have a wide foot with a bunion. First time in awhile I was able to put on anew shoe that had room on the toe box and fit. Very comfortable and gives a lot of stability.

Even after many hours on my aged feet, these shoes remain comfortable and well supportive.

I am a manager in a two million SqFt fulfillment center. I am on my feet for 10-12 hours a shift on a concrete floor. After two weeks of wearing these shoes I can attest they are far better than the NB 610's I had been wearing. I was hesitant to pay the premium price-- but can honestly say that it is worth the investment. True to size.

As a moose living in the Humboldt National Forest, I have to say that the two pairs of these "running shoes" I recently purchased are the most comfortable, supportive shoes my hooves have ever experienced. The recent spate of wild fires have made the forest's floor especially treacherous for the bottom of my hooves, making shoes pretty much necessary. Now I run and leap faster and higher than ever. My hooves never get tired. As an added bonus, Mrs. Moose finds them very attractive. Indeed, I have ordered eight pairs for my four grandmooses as Christmas presents. Thank you, New Balance!

This is honestly the best pair of shoes I've ever worn, they are comfortable, stylish and it feels good knowing that they weren't made in a sweatshop but rather by workers who are motivated and get a fair wage and a safe environment. They are pricey but the quality of the shoe is miles ahead of anything I've ever owned and do plan on getting another pair once these wear out. I like to wear my shoes till the soles are smooth. Anyways, the only thing about the shoes is that they do have a slight noise when they're brand new but it goes away once the shoes are broken in so don't worry about it.

These are my husband's favorite shoes. I also wear the women's version of the 990v5. However, please come out with some new colors. The available colors are boring, compared to your other shoes. Please bring these 990s into the 2020's and beyond with some hip color combinations.
