Customer Reviews New Balance Made in US 990v5

I have been wearing the 990 series for years now. Despite some unflattering reviews, I have had consistent excellence on all the shoes I have ordered. Please keep up the good work, keep them made in USA!

solid, consistently comfortable and durable, worn 990's for many many years

My feet love the extra wide widths so I love my 990V5's. Only thing I love more is the service at the NB store in North Scottsdale. Young lady at the front desk was so helpful I can't wait to buy another pair.

I've been buying NB for over 25 years. One thing I noticed was the big change in their design. Look, I'm 65+ years old and I don't want bright orange or lime green shoes. Give me something more conservative in a 4E width. This shoe reaches all of my expectations, but selections were very limited.

These are high quality shoes that provide fantastic support. It is the only shoe that provides total converter when taking walks.

I have worn NB 990s for many years. Not sure how long, but probably as long as they have been available. I wear them every day now that I am retired and rotate the older shoes down to workshop shoes, then yard shoes, then trashed. Love them.

General walking and getting around the sneakers fit like a glove.

I bought 7 different pair if sneakers and returned them all. After a lot of research I came across these and I noticed that I didn't see a bad review on them anywhere. I tried these on and they are so comfortable. It's almost like it surrounds my foot, but not too tight. I wil continue to buy the Made in the USA new balance from now on.

This all black New Balance shoe is hard to find. But I found it and it is great to have.

I HAVE FLAT FEET AND I NEEDED A HEAVY-DUTY, REINFORCED SNEAKER THAT LOOKED GOOD FOR WALKING . THESE ARE PERFECT

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my Dad who has neuropathy in his feet. I had read many reviews about them and heard that the 900 series was excellent for people with this condition. He absolutely loves them and said they are very comfortable.

These are used at work. A lot of walking on concrete floors. I purchased these because they are made in USA. I wish you made more products here. Maine brothers! Very comfortable and very well made.

I do ranch work for a living, I am also active in sports. I hesitantly purchased a pair of these because I liked that they are made in America. Hesitantly because they are a bit out of my price range for sneakers. To my surprise, these sneakers outlast my low top work boots(Merrill, Avia, Timberland, etc.) I purchase for ranch work! I now use these for ranch work and sports. The fit is perfect and the craftsmanship is superb. I can not praise this product enough, about its durability- they just last.

I have flat feet so I can't wear my Vans shoes anymore, and these shoes offer great ar h support and are stylish looking. These now are my every day shoes and my feet don't hurt anymore, plus the they come in all sizes and widths. A++

Good shoes are worth the money. I'm too old to be wearing throw away shoes.

This is roughly my 5th pair of 990s' and each successive one has been a little bit better than the last.

Got them in and since then I have been looking forward to wearing them. The quality is great and fit is true to size. They are cool!
