A piece of metal wire came out of the inside on the heel and now it hurts to wear them but i shouldn't of bought them anyway i just had a lot of money on me these shoes ain't the best even being the most comfortable shoes probably on the site maybe or ever made pick out something you like and not just for the price tag.

Best shoe I have ever purchased. got a size 11 regular at first, but they were a bit to narrow, so returned those with ease and got the size 11 wide and they are perfect now! I just can't get over how good they look. exactly what I wanted!

I need to buy these sneakers because they come in XXWide and I wear a brace on my left leg. These are the only sneakers that fit. However I have written to you before asking that you make them in other colors. I know you have them in black, navy but I would love to see them in some nice bright colors. You make these once a year when customers can make there own sneakers with any color they like. But the width never comes in XX wide.
Please realize that everyone would like colorful sneakers. That it is not fair to disabled people that they can only get the same old colors all the time.

Would’ve kept these because they are so cute and comfy, but Zappos sent me a used pair!! Super disappointed. Had to return them and buy them from another store. This is the second time in about a month that I’ve received worn sneakers from Zappos!
Zappos, please do better and check products more thoroughly before sending them out. I’m hesitant to buy sneakers again from you because I keep getting worn shoes.
As far as the fit goes, I ordered my normal size and ended up getting the wide width to have more room in the toe area. Again, super comfy and would’ve kept these had they been brand new.

I had to return it. Normally I take a 12 extra wide and that is good for me as I need the extra toe room. I returned it and went to another shoe store and he suggested at 12.5 extra wide and that was great. I bought a pair of 880 and live them

My husband has owned a pair of the previous version of this model for 6 years. They are sturdy and well made. He mostly wears them to weight lift and cross train in about 3 days a week.
