I was a member of the first class at West Point that was issued running shoes to use instead of boots for PT. They were New Balance and I have bought nothing but NB for 40 years! Please keep making the 990.

As soon as my foot heals, they will be wonderful. Finally got the correct width and love them.

My husband has a very narrow foot (2AA) and these are the only shoes that fit him properly and are comfortable. So glad NB makes them.

Having had a fracture on my left ankle, have the right shoe is important to me. So far this pair has been just what was required. I am a fan.

My usual shoe size is a 10. I ordered 10.5 as suggested but ended up returning the item for a size 10. Now, all is well.

this "lace problem" has occurred before. Forces me to go out and buy laces of the proper length

I use these shoes every day to walk. At 67 yrs old and a diabetic type 2. These shoes are very comfortable, easy to put on and good looking. I like New Balance because of the width choices and correct fit. This particular shoe is easy to put on straight out of the box. Evan my podiatrist mentioned how happy he was with the New Balance brand.

I have chronic pain in my back, legs, and feet. New Balance is the only shoe I have found that minimizes my discomfort. I use them for almost everything I do.

I started wearing New Balance shoes when I was into running for my exercise going back over thirty years ago. I'm now inn my eighties and running has slowed down to walking 3 to 4 miles a day but New Balance continues to treat my fit well.

I wear them for working out as well as everyday use.

Really nice silhouette, also incredibly comfortable shoe. Before I wore 990s I was a huge fan of Adidas' Ultra Boost and this shoe makes me want to get rid of all the pairs I have. Picture doesn't do the colorway justice. Just a super nice shoe, great comfort and great quality.

These are great, I got both 12.5 D and 12 E because I wasn't sure how they would fit, I wear a size 12 Boot. Sent the 12E back because were too short, the 12.5 D fit perfect. They are extremely well made and VERY comfortable, like walking on air. Worth every penny.

Well made comfortable work shoes for me. I wear them everyday. It's been 2 years since my last pair purchased. Still using the old pair but just for yard work.
