Very stiff and there isn't any cushion or arch support.

Too narrow in the toes and insufficient cushioning on the ball of the foot.

All leather, they are too hard for me.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this is no longer the same shoe. Clearly there are some cost cutting measures being used because the shape & quality are completely different (narrow & long toe box, visible glue, stiffer leather). I've been buying this exact shoe for years because they're usually extremely comfortable out of the box, but these are squeezing my toes. When will companies learn to leave their bestsellers alone? I no longer feel like Cole Haan is a dependable brand for comfort & quality.

I paid so much for these tennis sneakers and the shoelaces are not the same size. One is smaller than the other.

I've been wearing these Grandpro tennis shoes for years! They have been a wardrobe staple since they were released - replaced every year or two. This latest version (I ordered both the gray and the white just to compare) are so disappointing. It is not the same shoe. Cole Haan narrowed the toe box, there is less cushioning, the look and feel of the leather is cheaper, and they did something with the arch support. Now, my foot collapses inward into a heavy pronation. Terribly uncomfortable and basically unwearable. Cole Haan designers: BRING BACK THE OLD SHOE!

Cute shoe but fits 1/2 to 1 whole size smaller than my other Cole hauns.

It's really hurt after 30 minutes of walking. No support.

I always buy zero grand and love them this sneaker is horrid I would not recommend them

Not sure what happened with these, but the front toe-box is super uncomfortable. I have long narrow feet, and the toe box rubs my toes in all the wrong places. The is the least comfortable pair of Cole-Haans I ever bought and possibly the most uncomfortable pair of sneakers. They look somewhat ugly on as well... like bowling-shoes.

I bought this same sneaker twice before and loved them. This third pair is still uncomfortable after 2 weeks.

I sent this shoe back as it was extremely wide. Weirdly, not the bottom of the shoe but the sides which seemed to stick out instead of coming straight up from the sole. Horrible sloppy fit. They were also stiff and the shoe strings seemed low quality. I have dozens of Cole Hahn shoes which I love. These were below standard. Don't bother!

Fits small - width is narrow and overall length is shorter than other Cole Haan shoes I have purchased over the years. Had to return.

Not sure if something happened to the quality of the brand, but these sneakers were hurting my feet/toes after less than an hour of wear.

The laces barely tie because they are so short. Shoes are not as comfortable as I expected for the price.

Very cute and extremely uncomfortable

There is no support to this pair of shoes. My feet is extremely tired after a couple of hours wearing it. Very disappointed and unlike the comments on reviews, this pair or shoes are poorly made. Extremely poor. Not worth a penny.

I purchased size 9 as a replacement of an identical pair I just went out without trying them on and ended up with my feet hurt and swollen. My advise is to go at least half size up

Third time purchasing the same shoe. This time they are too small (The other two pairs fit well.) Very uncomfortable. Very disappointing.

They're also completely flat inside. No support.

The inside of the shoe is very raugh, I got several small wounds and blisters, the shoes are not very flexible.

These shoes are horrible. No structure at all. Very cheaply made. And they run a size small. I where 10.5's and I can barely get them on my feet!
