Honestly, I like Cole Haan shoes, very comfortable. But this sneaker is narrow and size is small. I had purchased one before size 6.5 which is perfect for me, when I got same size for this one, it is too small and narrow. I have to return it.

Bothered my feet across the toe bend when I walked I think it has something to do with the placement of the laces maybe a little too close to the toes, it was generally comfortable but it needed more padding on the sole. 6 1/2 medium fallen arches More narrow heels) I returned them.

Runs large in length and width in the toe area. This would not be too big a deal, however if you over tighten the laces to compensate for the oversizing, it crinkles the leather and looks ridiculous.

Very light weight. Not made for all day walking.

Narrower than I expected

I ordered a 8 w due the reviews I read. I normally wear a women's 8.5. I saw unlike other reviews, my opinion is that these are true to size and I should have ordered an 8.5 and not downsized a half of size. I ended up returning these and ordering a men's version size 7 w for extra width and thicker insoles. I still prefer the grand crosscourt shoe!

I not recommend this sneaker because doesn't fit well

Had worn and loved my Zero Grand sneakers and had hoped these would be the more supportive step up. Sadly, not. Wore with my thin SmartWool liner socks which are a bit smaller than the Cole Haan ones. Loved the print.

I've been a long term wearer of this shoe, possibly owned 10 pairs as they do wear after a years abuse, but my recent pair seems to be more narrow and longer, so I trip over the front of the shoe. They also stopped selling wide width for this particular shoe which is unfortunately. I now need to find another brand that does leather, medium-wide, lightweight. tennis sneakers.

I previously wore a 9 Narrow and these are just too wide! Please bring back the narrow sneakers!!

I'm a 7 in every shoe I've ever worn, but these were super long, resulting in a crease in the toe as I walked. They were stiff and not at all comfortable. Returning them.

I am a CH fan and constantly recommend the brand. I own more than 30 pairs of ColeHaan shoes, boots, sandals, including several sneakers that get constant compliments. Why did you cut corners on this light, stylish sneaker? Absence of padding in the inner sole. Scratchy material over instep and toes, with inside stitching actually rubbing against tops of bare toes. Adding insult to injury, flimsy shoelaces so short that it's hard to tie even a small bow. My other CH shoes often require a double tie because they are so generous. I feel like I was snookered, betrayed.

I have been wearing these shoes for 4 years and just bought my 3rd pair and they are not the same, I'm so disappointed! They seem cheaper and are nowhere near as comfortable as they used to be. My other two pairs were so comfortable right away, no break-in period and I walked 12 miles a day in them in Europe. My new pair I've worn 4 times and they hurt my feet after a couple of hours. I'm so bummed.

I was disappointed with the quality of the overall shoes and laces. The quality is not what. Have had in past purchases.

Ordered a year ago and fit perfect. Ordered same item recently and hurt in so many places. Really cute! So disappointed!

Disappointing. Don't like the domed toe box.

Looks good but pinching my pinky toe and I am standing all day at a seminar.

I really wanted to love these shoes. The styling and color were perfect but there's no arch and little support. Not comfortable for walking all day and that's the [pint of sneakers!

Zero arch support which made my foot hurt immediately. Also there isn't much grip on the soles and they were pretty slippery on a hard floor.

Bottom of shoes is flat and has no grip. I found myself slipping on my wood floor. Will return.

I bought these shoes earlier this year and within a few months the soles have worn out drastically and the tread is almost completely gone - they've almost worn through. I would recommend these for style and comfort, but not if you expect them to last with a reasonable amount of walking.
