I guess I have odd measurements because I ordered a size Xs based on my measurement. it's hard to find pants and shorts that are small enough in the waist 25.5' but large enough to accommodate 37' hips but beyond yoga size chart said a xs should fit. Well these suckers could not even be pulled up over my hips because there seems to be a seam at the very top of the waist and that prevents the shorts from stretching enough to clear the booty. This is super odd because none of my current yoga pants have a seam at the top. So if you have a small waist large booty, these may not work for you. The fabric is soft tho and the print is beautiful and quality

I just tried these on, and the pair I received were so tight at the waist that I couldn't get them over my thighs. I'm 5'6" and 127, so generally a small in my other BY leggings. I measured them against a pair of small midi leggings I have and found them to be a full inch smaller in the waist, and the stitching is oddly tight. Reviews I read before ordering didn't indicate that this is a problem, tho. I'll try a medium, but I don't have high hopes since the sizing in the skirt I just returned seemed off as well.

I have a pair of beyond yoga bike shorts in a size small, which fit great, but the sizing of these leggings and the new bike shorts that I purchased are completely wrong. I bought a size small and the wait is over an inch smaller than the other size small shorts. It's disappointing how inconsistent the sizes are.

I spent close to 500$ I have spent several thousands with your company - as a Pilates and yoga instructor -( and I have also asked how to receive that discount - where to send proof of- but no response )' I wear ONLY your clothing bc I love they feel , wear , and last from washing - I hang dry ' you sent me the wrong item - and you make it sooo difficult to correct - I teach many classes and do not have time to return - and send you this or that - you should make much easier for regular larg spending instructors - very bad customer service !!

If you get these thinking they will be the same as the full length leggings - they aren't! They are so much smaller and tighter around the waist and they go higher up. Definetely size up from your usual legging size.

I got these in two different colors and of course I tried on the othet color first and they fit perfect so I ripped the tags off And put them up. Days later I put this color on and couldnt get them over my Legs.. so these were defected. Unfortunately couldnt send them back no tags no bag. Aggravating because samw order bought these in the heather green color and they fit like butter. Perfect

These shorts look nice and feel nice like all of beyond yoga gear but when I tried them on I couldn't even get them over my hips, and I ordered a size up from my other shorts because I wanted them extra comfy and longer in the thighs. These are a size L and look smaller than my pocket shorts in a size M, the hard non stretchy band in the waist is something new, I own two spacedye leggings, one flare leggings and one pair of shorts (all in size M) and none of them have this thin hard band in the waist. They only stretch so much and I'm sure if I would've forced them over my hips it would've been very uncomfortable digging into me or possibly would've ripped. I'm giving 1 star because I absolutely hate the waistband, they should be stretchy and comfy like all other beyond yoga leggings, I hope they didn't change the waistband in all their pants! :( :(

I usually buy a medium in the leggings and biker shorts. However, I was not able to get the gray pair over my thighs due to the waist band having little stretch. Super bummed. The black ones did fit well. And with all my beyond yoga clothing - love the feel!

Not worth the money.

These are so soft and so nice. Unfortunately, they have a very noticeable camel toe. Some might not be bothered by it, but I am! Had to return- there are much cheaper biker shorts out there without a camel toe.

Not sure why the wrist band for this is so different from every other BY waist band I've experienced in my last 10 pairs but doesn't work for fat rolls. They like to be hugged not squeezed.

I don;know if it was just a faulty pair (I have multiple space dye leggings and have never had a problem) but the top seam of the waist band wasn;stretchy...??? I couldn;even pull them up past my thighs.

You shouldn't call them biker shorts because they're NOT biker shorts

This review is not for the product, the product is wonderful and I love it. I want to share my experience with the customer care with BY. My items, including this bra, was lost in transit to the FedEx warehouse. I was the one who suspected that something happened to it since there wasn't delivery date posted. I was the one who had to deal with FedEx, while dealing with BY to let them know. Beyond Yoga would not resend me the items right the way even though FedEx said the package was gone (from from its warehouse or truck, who knows). BY had me wait without knowing when my order is going to be resent. I find this strange to not taking care of its customer right the way. I don't even know if I'm going to get my order at this point. I have no faith. What's worse is that I couldn't call to speak to someone. I could only email, back and forth. And the wording in the emails were strange, not in full sentences. It's beyond frustrating with Beyond Yoga. I have been it's customer for years, very disappointing how I was treated. What an awful experience, and a big waste of time.

Bought these last year in the same size and loved them. I have not changed size or weight, but they seem to now be made in a cheaper fabric or restructured or something in such a way that they create this really unflattering camel toe. Ones from last year are still great.

I have a ton of spacedye items and the material is NOT spacedye, the shorts I got were really rough compared to my other spacedye stuff. Not sure what is up with the quality control. Also a size smaller than all of my other spacedye leggings, so size up.... although I would recommend buying in store to ensure quality

If you have any curves at all, size up. I am almost always a small and just received the small, only to discover that they seem to be made for a small child. I can't even get them up my legs. Very disappointed and will think twice about buying from here ever again.

I ended up not getting the color I originally wanted as they kept getting sold out or over sold. I only wore them once (washed them twice) before the seam started coming apart. I'm on my second wear today and the seams are totally coming apart at the bottom. For the amount of money I paid, I'm extremely disappointed that they couldn't even last two wears. Will not be ordering from this company again.

The waistband on my size S biker shorts is incredibly tight - absolutely no stretch, could not get above my knees. It felt like it was this close to breaking when resting on me mid-leg. I also got a size XS which I actually was able to fully put on without breaking. Not sure if my pair was defective or if others have experienced something similar.
