I bought these at altitude running Fort Collins and these are my favorite running shoes I've bought, these are very comfortable and lasted me a whole season of practice and racing usually my shoes will be dead by the middle of the season, they are very high quality. The Brooks brand is just one that you can trust. the only negative is one that is for all shoes and that is they are hard to clean but that is for any shoe.

Great shoe for rotating between running and gym days. I only use these for lifting and non running days so I don't over use my running shoes. They fit great I would recommend half a size up from your running shoes if you plan to wear them every day.

Stiffer upper than the comfort I am used to with the Ghost. Completely different price point as well...

Wearing them to work. It has taken a few days to break them in.

Good shoe for the price, I actually haven't wore them much. I've only ran in them maybe two times, actually my big toe started hurting. Maybe I need to break them in more.

First time running in a neutral shoe. It's going well. I have been running in a support shoes for 10 years.

Not as much cushion as the glycerin 18,but also not as expensive.

A little light weight for my big frame and the eyelet strip is just a plastic film. But they are very neutral and feel good on short runs.

These are great shoes. I bought them to wear at work as I am on my feet alot. So far, so good. Very soft inside, lots of cushion, and excellent arch support.

Truly enjoying the feel of the Anthems. I was running in some cheap Adidas and the difference is night and day. These shoes are comfortable, they give, yet feel very supportive. I might buy another pair as a backup. :) I ordered up a half size and they fit just right.

The shoe has a nice grip when running. I use special inserts when I run. I tried to take off the shoe insert and it's very difficult.

Good daily shoe just not nearly up to the level of the Ghost. Heel is good, medium to firm, just enough to run on pavement but the sole has almost no shock absorbtion

Narrow not really for wide feet. If you have heel spurs like me and wife feet, I do not recommend these unfortunately.

I really like this shoe. I like how it looks, I like how it feels. If you like the Ghost series, this is the perfect walking around shoe. I mean it. BUT I wouldn't recommend it as a running shoe for those that are already used to running in Ghost. I've only had one incident where it was obviously very different from Ghost- when I was walking through a restaurant that had brushed cement floors and I almost fell because of slippage. So these in slick weather would not be ideal (the sole is a different composite than Ghost). But for a looking- good shoe to add to your wardrobe for style and to feel good about, this is a great little shoe that wont put the daily wear and tear on your favorite runners. Also to note- I am a woman that wore this shoe as I have men's size 9 feet (wider than woman's) and I LOVED the look- my husband was jealous too. We both would wear this (which is so nice and toned down from most running styles- no neon or very obviously men/woman specific). Thank you to Brooks for making a more gender-neutral shoe (though I'd totally rock rainbow ones too).

Truthfully, I haven't found anything wrong with the shoes. They fit well and are comfortable. When I wear them I can feel a good spring in my gait without the excess give of other more cushiony shoes.

They feel good. First couple of runs rubbed the back of my ankle and caused it to bleed. I am happy with them. I have not tried them outside yet.

Great for starting runners and basic recreational running. Take good care of them. I used mine both road and street and they're ripping up from the top.

Sharp looking shoe. The tongue can have issues staying in place. Loosening helps with comfort but find myself adjusting a couple times a day.

Very comfortable shoe. I usually don't wear my running shoes as every day sneakers but these I will. I bought the gray ones because i don't care what they look like; however, these look just perfect for running and every day shoes. My only gripe--but it's not with the shoe--is that the inserts don't come out. With my plastic arch supports i need an insert on top of them. So, this shoe is a little "full". Its fine however. I've only used them a few times so not sure about the longevity etc. I usually wear mine for about a year or 3-400 miles. No need to buy 150+ dollar shoes. Nobody cares what color your feet are:)
I'd also recommend:
I like Nike running shoes but the ones under 100 dollars are pretty soft and flimsy.

Very basic, not exactly a large amount of cushion. I would say it is a slimmed down model of better shoes like the Beast or GTS. I definitely don't dislike them, we'll just have to see how long they hold up.

This particular shoe aggravates my achilles. It's high and really stiff back there. I much prefer the feel of the Launch or Ghost, which I also run in.
