I absolutely love these sandals! The cork heel makes them so comfortable! And the leather is unique and stylish... beautiful color in person! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Love it so much I got the black one too!

I needed shoes for a wedding after a TKR and these were perfect. Low heel but could be dressed up, adjustments to accommodate a little swelling in my foot and ankle now that can be adjusted tighter when I am healed.

Great shoes. Had major foot surgery 3 months ago, and now have a plate in my foot, so need supportive shoes. But I just can't wear ugly shoes! These are comfy, and look great. Love the velcro at the top and the ankle!

The fit seems just right and I love that the toe strap and ankle straps are velcroed and therefore very adjustable. They are stylish yet provide moderate arch support. I love the neutral color combination too. They go with everything!

I was looking for an ankle strap and these are perfect. The velcro closures on toe and ankle allow you to tighten them to the perfect comfort level. Very comfortable.

Beautiful, sturdy shoes, comfortable sandals. Leather is a bit stiff.

This is a cute, cute shoe--looks good on & the foot bed was amazing. However, I have a extremely narrow foot, and I was hoping that the velcro would make it fit. While I could have "gotton by" with the fit--and some insoles of some kind--there just wasnt enough support in the shoe over all. Regretfully sending it back.

This was perfect - had just the right arch support. Comfortable right out of the box, typical Naot, and wore to rehearsal dinner and wedding without any break-in needed. Also tried Naot Mermaid, but it hit a little differently. Both super cute.

Sadly, I am returning these shoes. The leather back is very high and cuts into my ankle. Although the shoe seems true to size and comfortable in every other respect, the back makes them unwearable for me. They are really cute, though.

I own Naot's very similarly-styled "Pixie" sandals and love them!!!! The perfect summer shoe. Sooo excited when these came out in red... just what I was looking for... in the restyled "Mermaid". The Mermaid is essentially the same shoe except the band across the toes is adjustable via a velcro strap design. The left shoe fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the velcro fastener across the toes in this updated style makes the strap thick and hard. It rubbed and hurt the tops of my toes on my right foot. I kept trying them on hoping they might feel better or at least hint that they would soften as time went on. Decided to send them back and not take the chance. Naot: Please make the Pixie in red. The color: Kiss Red, is gorgeous.

I loved the fit of these sandals. Right out of the box, they are comfortable. I’m suffering from plantar’s fasciitis in my right heel, and the heel cup helped me walk around pain free. Order these if you want to walk around in comfort!

I have a pretty wide toe box, and this footbed is a little snug, but the adjustable straps make these sandals work perfectly.

size and fit were ok but the ankle tab in back hurt

These are very cute but the ankle strap bothered me when I walked so will return. I like the neutral colors and was hoping they would work for me.

For me, these shoes run a little long but otherwise fit well. I bought them because they are really cute but comfortable. I love the adjustable straps because one foot is wider than the other.

The strap across the toe area just rubbed, so I wouldn't wear them.

The Naot Mermaid is absolutely gorgeous! I bought and loved both the tan and black colors. They are incredibly stylish and comfortable. Unfortunately, they lack stability, despite the fact they are comfortable with a low wedge heel. Simply stated, they are just not suited for someone with weak or problem ankles. It broke my heart to have to return them. They're gorgeous and look terrific on. I so wanted to keep them.

Cute shoes, but not for me. I couldn't see from the photo that the wedge was actually silver, which doesn't work with my wardrobe.

I really wanted to love this shoe and I was really excited to try it on. The strap that goes around the ankle was way too long. To strap it securely to my narrow ankle area, I had to use all of the Velcro which left a flap of the strap sticking out. The foot bed was comfortable but the back strap was rubbing on the back of my heel and I was worried it would start a blister. If you don't have these issues, this shoe would look awesome on you. I liked the shoe because I am 62 and I am not ready to give up pretty shoes. Just enough of a heel to look stylish!

The back strap would cause a blister. The rest of the shoe was amazing.

Fit ok but velcro rubbed on my toes made it uncomfortable

The size was perfect. I received this delivery early, which was wonderful, however, I appears that these shoes hve been slightly worn, or tried on without a stocking or ped. I would like to have another pair sent to me please, same shoe, same size. If this is not possible, please refund the full price paid to my credit card. Upon notification of refund, I will return these shoes that I have.

Love the style of this shoe. Size 39 was a perfect fit for my 8.5/9 narrowish feet. Have to return due to the location of the ankle strap - it sits on my ankle bone, very uncomfortable for me. Thanks Zappos for easy returns.
