I love these shoes because they fit and feel like old lady shoes for sore feet. They look very fashionable and no one knows how comfy they are until you tell them! This is my fourth pair of NAOT and three of them are the Mermaid style in Navy, Tan/grey, and black.

Good looking shoe and very comfortable. I love my birks but needed something dressier for church and work. They are narrow through the toes but I was able to loosen it since they are Velcro straps.

LOVE this shoe! I will be having my third foot surgery in the next month, and this style of Naot sandal is the best for me. Incredibly stylish, very comfortable, and perfect to wear for dressy or casual occasions. For added comfort, you can adjust the top and bottom straps to meet your desired fit. I have bought these sandals in multiple colors and wear them most of the time in the summer!

These sandals are tall enough to wear with a dress and low enough to work with pants. Beautiful color and adjustable at the toe and ankle. I will WEAR these!

I loved these sandals but the color just did not complement my wardrobe. I will look at other colors in the future.

I love Naot brand-this is my third pair and I know I can rely on them for sizing and fit-and I love the styles!

I love these sandals because they felt like "mine" the minute I put them on! The velcro strap across the toes is especially nice since the sandals are never too tight or too loose at the top, you can adjust them. I wear arch supports on a regular basis but not with NAOT. The arch support is perfect for me. The style is also beautiful. Each time I wear these shoes someone compliments them!

Love love love these shoes have 6 colors at least. Super comfy and streamlined, not clunky!!! Better for narrow feet although the Mermaid has Velcro across the arch so it’s more adjustable than the Pixie. Love the Blue!!! Been waiting for them to have that color so I bought two pairs!

I LOVE the Naot Mermaid and Pixie style shoes. They support my arch that is so important because I have plantar fasciitis and do not want another flare up. The shoes are stylish and in a variety of colors. i already have the brown, white and black. I just bought the red. I tried the "silver" color and it just not looks good in my opinion. I wish they had closed toed sandals like this style. I could wear them in the winter. I hope Naot will continue making these two styles!

This is my second pair of Naot "Mermaids" and they're equally as delightful as my first. I bought black the first time, and this time I bought the softly metallic blue with SILVER HEELS! Imagine, at my age (71). But they're sensibly velcro adjustable in two places so I'm very pleased with the fit. And the base is very shock-absorbing and provides excellent arch support.

I loved them as soon as I saw them and put them on. The velcro strap makes for a custom fit.

Overall adorable sandal. Comfortable. The leather velcro straps are soft. Lovely & feminine.

Finally a shoe that can accommodate a woman with something other than a perfect foot. I have bunions that need to be accommodated in a stylish shoe and this one fit the bill and they are extremely comfortable.

Perfect especially for those with bunions. The Velcro on all the straps is perfect. They are very comfortable. I have a lot of issues with my feet and danced all night in them!

These are great shoes for problem feet as both straps are adjustable. They run a little large so I reordered in a smaller size.

Naots is my favorite shoe since needing arch support. They are stylish and extremely comfortable. I have 2pr in silver, and another in natural cork. I love them.

This is a well made shoe. Fit well in every aspect. I have great hopes for it! Time will tell after winter passes.

Happy, happy cute feet! Love this Naot Mermaid sandal! I bought it in the very lovely & neutral tan color and loved it so much, I just bought the black pair too. I wore them right out of the box on a 4 mile round trip walk to town and was in comfort & style the whole walk. I love that the strap on the toes & ankle are adjustable...great if your feet swell up from a long walk in hot weather. I normally wear a size 10 and took the 41 in this shoe. Very chic & super comfy little sandal. Another nice detail on the Mermaid is that the foot bed color of the black Mermaid sandal is a very dark charcoal grey which makes it look more elegant than the more typical pale grey.

Love these sandals! I have narrow low volume feet and I pronate badly. My feet are generally unhappy. I am a huge Naot fan and I have been eyeing these sandals for forever. I finally made the plunge and I am so am glad I did. The bottom suede is soft, and I need sandals that have Velcro due to my too slender feet. I now want them in both of the other colors!

They are the best, very comfortable but stylish. The best is really Zappos, great customer service.

Nice, minimalist, comfortable shoe. A bit pricey but comfortable shoes are hard to find.
