I am deeply disappointed in this bag. I am on a trip right now and just flew from Las Vegas to Dallas and onto Rapid City via American. The bag did NOT fit under my first class seats on either of the segments. False advertising is a bad looks for your company.

I love the light weight of each bag. However, I tried to use the under seat carry on on top of the carry on and had a lot of trouble keeping the two together. When the top one would slide around everything tips over.

I am a frequent business traveler, who owns a Crew 11 21" Expandable Spinner Suiter, among other Travelpro products. I find that the Maxlite 5 Rolling Underseat Carry-on is not useful for my needs. It's too small for a multi-day business trip, so I would need this case, plus my spinner case. Also, I find that the spinner wheels are easier to deal with in airports and planes than the roller board assembly. Lastly, this case is heavy compared to my spinner. I just find that this case does not fit my needs as a business traveler.

This bag is generally very well designed. Size-wise it does seem like it'll fit under most airline seats, but I wish it was just a little bit smaller so it would fit the personal item restrictions for the ultra low cost carriers. Spirit/Frontier limit is 18x14x8... this bag is half an inch too wide and half an inch too deep.... so close! I think it will also be too big for the smaller regional jets, I haven't measured myself but read it's 16" long and 7.5" deep for United CRJ-200s. If you're just looking for a bag that fits under (most) seats and meets the full size carry-on restrictions, this will do just great. The removable toiletries bag is terrific, and the hook is a great touch. I also love the outside water bottle pocket (could also be used to quickly slip in a cell phone, or maybe a rolled up magazine). And the Travelpro quality is great too. Feels like this would hold up to a lot of use. The only major flaw, that is a flaw of a lot of Travelpro bags, is the velcro! There is a slip of fabric on each side to keep the flap from falling all the way open. There is a snap button, and then a long strip of velcro. I have another Travelpro bag with the same velcro, and one of my cardigans got caught on the velcro and was ruined. This is not the bag for you if you have a lot of delicate clothing! I would recommend using packing cubes, that'll keep your clothes from touching the velcro. Travelpro, when it comes time to work on the next edition of this bag, please consider losing the velcro, and making it a tad bit smaller! Ideally it would be 16x14x7, then it'll meet the personal item restrictions for Spirit, Frontier, and Allegiant, and likely fit in CRJ overheads. If you wanted to go even smaller, 16x12x7 would be even better, then it could be turned sideways and fit into small slots between big suitcases in typical overhead bin! A traveler's dream! (I'd also looove to see a spinner version, but I understand that spinner wheels takes up a lot of space)

Is it too late to return this purchase? It's difficult to pull with my oxygen. I like the other one I purchased.

Doesn't hold much. Handle is flimsy. It is easier to drag a screaming toddler through an airport than this bag.

I bought this to go atop the Maxlite carry-on, which TravelPro seemed to encourage, given the video showing it. But it only has a strap high up to put it onto the carry-on handle and so it slips out if the wheels roll down (as they often do). It can be outright dangerous when you're on an escalator or running to catch a flight. This is a really poor design. TravelPro, you can do better than this.
