Took on a 4 day trip to New Orleans and it was a tight fit under the Spirit Airline seats. Easy to pack and well constructed.

The only reason for only 4 stars is that the strap in the back sits too high to fit over my travel pro XL roller board handles. Otherwise, it's great!

I am glad I made the purchase, but I wish "hard structure bars" at bottom of suitcase could be less prominent in order to fit more clothes. And that there was a bigger outside zipped area instead of smaller one.

Good quality and material. Did not like the extra compartment on the inner lid for toiletries because it takes up some space. I always carry an extra cosmetic bag. My main problem is the two wheels rather than four, but that is my fault. I should have been aware of that feature.

Very nice, athough I still like my older underseat that is wider and thinner.

This bag easily fit under the seat. It met all my needs for a rolling underseat carry-on. I usually pack valuables; glasses, wallet, RX's, ID's, iPad in this type of bag. There was adequate room and different compartments to fit these items. Note that putting an iPad in padded slot took up interior space, using the two outside/side pockets also pushed into the bag decreasing the main compartment. It was not an issue for me, understand that there is limited space when using an underseat bag, something has to give. There were lots of different areas to customize packing. The strap on the backside that slides over the handle of a larger bag was flimsy and tight.

I'll know better after I've traveled with it a few times. I'm not sure whether the hanging plastic compartment will be useful or merely take up room that could be better used in other ways.

The usual good quality construction I expect, but somewhat smaller than I hoped for.

Nice generally. Only used once so far. I can't decide about the hanging toiletries bag yet. Won't exchange for 311 bag I don't think so not sure how it will work out flying. I needed more info on this. I don't know warranty.

I loved the weight and design of the Maxlite: however, I returned it because it was difficult to attach to my new Crew checked suitcase-the strap on the back of the underseat bag was a little tight to easily slide over. Returned it and got the Crew under the seat It attaches much more easily.

I have not used the bag yet, but am pleased with the size and look. The only thing I would improve is the handle. I have the same underseater in the Crew line and it has a much better handle. I know the Crew is a more expensive line, but I would upgrade the handle on the Maxlite to something similar.

Nice bag but doesn't quite fit under the seat in first class on Delta.

Seems great, haven't used it yet. 4
We'll see if all the stuff...snaps, etc prove useless or not when I do use it. Replaced and older Travel Pro that was fabulous, and was turned sideways to use the trolley loop...but trolley elastic all stretched out. Disappointed to say the least. However, it fit better on larger suitcase for someone 5'3".

Bought this for a trip to Oahu but that trip was canceled so my evaluation will be somewhat incomplete. I'd been using carry on backpack (35 liters) but wanted a rolling carry on of comparable size, between 30 and 35 liters. Most that I found were too large (45 liters) and would have to be gate checked, even though dimensions are supposed to be carry on size. This seemed to be the best solution.
At first glance I thought the Maxlite 5 would be too small at 26 liters, but I have "pretend packed' a number of times using packing cubes, stuffing my shoes with socks and other clothing and I think this will work. I also have a large travel tote for items that may not fit.
I'll use it in a few months for a two week trip to Costa Rica and will reevaluate then.

Great size and design to go with my bigger case. The only thing I wanted was spinner wheels - not the 2 alone.

Perfect size for a long weekend getaway. It fits perfectly in any overhead storage, no more checking at the gate!

I really like the small compact size of this undersea carry-on. I also will utilize the many compartments. Quality is what one can expect from Travelpro.

Love this bag except for one thing -- the strap on back is too high to loop over another bag. I an legally blind and use a cane. I bought it for its rolling carry on capability, which is great -- one less thing to carry while navigating an airport with my cane. But I thought it would loop over the handle of the suitcase too. The strap on the back needs to be lower. Luckily I found an old strap that I can use to tie it on top so I have only one bag to roll for check in and leaving baggage claim.

This item looks great, thought it is a little smaller than expected. It was very easy to carry.
My wife loves the organizing pockets and was able to easily get to all of our things.

This is a beautiful carry-on, well-made with a number of "extra" features. Unfortunately (for me) the large main pocket does not zip out flat and I couldn't easily insert the (medical) item I bought it for. Had to return, sadly, and still waiting for my refund (sadly). I am sure this would be the perfect bag for someone else.
