This is the perfect size and weight for my international trips. I have had and Maxlite for 5 years and have taken it around the world, and it's still in great shape!

I have just purchased my second Maxlite 5. Travelpro makes great luggage but has a poor warranty. My Max lite 4 zippers were damaged and Travelpro refuses to warranty them. I travel to Europe and Africa every other month and the Max lite is perfect. The wheels on the Maxlite can handle the cobblestone streets of Rome and the dirt paths of Tanzania in great fashion. It is well organized for international flights and light to the carry. i only wish the warranty was better especially on the zippers.

Bought specifically for overseas travel, but used for domestic as well. Wheels are durable, the suitcase is well made with no wasted space. Our other TravelPro wheeled carry-on is still in great form and has outlasted a non-TravelPro-branded carry-on (whose wheels just shattered one day). Highly recommend.

I've had this bag for about two years and taken it on 11 international trips and several domestic trips. It is still in excellent condition. I worry most about the wheels, because I've had several previous carry-on bags and the wheels were the first thing to go. But after all this travel, the wheels are still turn smoothly and don't have any flat spots. The bag dimensions maximize the internal volume so I can pack more clothes. No tears on the outside. I really like this design. When this bag wears out, I will buy another just like it.

I made my first week-long trip to Europe with my new Maxlite 5. I was a little skeptical about the capacity, compared to my standard 22-inch Travelpro, but was able to fit all I needed to in the Maxlite 5. It was easier to handle on the outbound. On the return, I avoided the finger-wagging from the European airlines by conforming to their more restrictive size requirements. The new smaller size and the simplicity of the design, coupled with the customary Travelpro quality of materials and construction make the Maxlite 5 my new favorite rollaboard.

I plan on using this as a carry on for a trip to Canada as well as a trip to Spain and Portugal. The quality is excellent and the zippers work well for very logical access to compartments. I much prefer the Rollaboard, because you can park it on a slope and it doesn't try to roll away.

Wonderfully durable! Lightweight and easily manageable.

Traveling this week for my first chance to test it in action, but it looks like I can get everything in.

This bag is so lightweight and easy to maneuver. It can easily hold many days worth of clothing and essentials. It fits easily on an airplane, and I've even taken it camping!

This is the perfect size bag for a longer trip that still can be a carry-on. I bought it to replace a Travelpro that I've had for "ever" and the zipper finally died. Love this one more - better features than grandpa had, but same great space. I went to Australia for a month with this baby! I have two other Travelpro sizes as well - it's my brand!

I cannot believe how light weight this case is and how much it holds! Super excited to try it out on cobblestone streets in Europe. Great weekend getaway bag.

I used this bag for a weekend trip and was really impressed with the size. I definitely think I could have packed for a week long trip and still probably had some room. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.

Just about perfect! A bin-compliant bag that packs a lot more than you would think -- with the option to expand and use as a checked item. Love the slender, but large outside pockets that further extend the capacity.

Perfect for international carry-on standards. The two larger wheels also prevent the bag from rolling around on its own. Side handle is easy to grip from overhead storage, and overall, the fabric is high quality.

Love it! Super light! Easily packable, front pocket in case you forget to put something in or for your laptop. The only thing that can make it better is if it had 360 wheels.

It is a great weight. I took it on a trip to Italy. Perfect Carry-on size. Checked it a few times and held up well It carried everything I needed for two weeks. I am very happy

Great little bag. Haven't taken it on international trip yet but just came back from a week. Very light weight and plenty of room with some to do as te for week trip. Going on a 20 day trip to Greece and think this bag plus personal item will allow carryon only with ease

I haven't used the suitcase but upon a visual inspection it appears to be as advertised. As such, the reasons why I ordered it. I am pleased with its size. On 9/2/23 will make my first trip with it. We are familiar with your brand and have several Travelpro pieces over the years.

Well made. Love the handles. They are cushioned and attached well to the case. Lots of room in the case. The 2 wheels glide smoothly, serpentine readily across the floor, and even do a 360 turn with no problems.

Easy to pack. Put more items in it than I thought I would. Rolls nicely.
