I'm thrilled to own this new luggage. Beautiful design and, looks great and handles so smoothly.

Love the carryon! Have not yet used it but the design and quality of it is great! Looking forward to many years of use.

I've only traveled once with this suitcase, but I'm very pleased so far. I love all of the pockets, which is great for organization. And, I loved having the battery pocket. In fact, I was asked at the gate to check my bag and they asked me if I had any batteries -- locating and removing the battery was a cinch! So far, it's a really great carry on bag.

Seems to be made really well. My case was just as ordered and arrived on time. Materials look to be top notch and the case is thoughtfully laid out. Haven't travelled with it yet but I expect years of service.

Only used on 2 trips so far, but I love the added pockets. I travel weekly for work and usually have to pack for a 4 or 5 day stay. I love the top of the Platinum Elite for winter dresses and sweaters. The only small negatvie is that the expandable zipper is so close to the TSA lock, I have to leave it slightly unzipped to use the lock

Got this as a gift for my partner. He is an airline mechanic, and wanted to be like the cool flight crew people we see when we're luggage watching at the airport (my new favorite pass time). So far, he enjoys the luggage. But I don't know who loves it more. For heavens sake, I'm so happy he's graduated from that bulky, overgrown carry on backpack. We are moving on up!!! (Will update in the future)

This is a very attractive, durable, well-designed and well-constructed bag. So glad I tried this company, as I will definitely be getting any new suitcases here.

I took my new elegant suitcase to London last week and AA Airline did its best to destroy it. The exterior trim and the protection around the handle are ripped in several places but the suitcase survived and the interior is still like new. My clothes stayed wrinkle free and did not move much. I will definitely recommend this suitcase.

Excellent quality for durability and function of this Platinum Elite 25" check-in spinner. It rolls very easily and in a straight line due to magnetic alignment of the wheels. Lots of room and many compartments for storage of various items. I have a few other pieces in this collection, so it matches perfectly. Highly recommended.

I like the Luggage. But I was told that I would not have to pay for shipping and you charged me shipping. I will not purchase another piece of luggage from you until I am guaranteed that I will not pay shipping. I do need another piece of luggage, it is in the collections group. I was able to purchase the carry-on, but I do need the other one that goes with it. Tell me what to do.

I was between TravelPro and Briggs and Riley and decided to go with TravelPro based on the positive reviews. The wheels feel buttery smooth when rolling. The medium size is very spacious and can easily take you on a two week trip if you do some laundry once or twice. I fly 10-15 times a year and expect this luggage to last me for at least a decade.

I have not yet used this luggage but it seems to be exactly what I like. It is heavy duty and it ios very attractive

Rolls extremely smooth. Dimensions fit for check in for all airlines. Really like this purchase. Going to buy the carry on next

The carry on makes a great use of space, has great spinners, and is good looking too!

Holds a lot! Very light. Love the adjustable height of the handle. The swivel of the wheels makes it easy to maneuver.
