On first use zipper pull came off.now can't lock luggage

The suitcase looks awesome. I love the USB and I especially love how nicely it rolls. The problem is the zippers. I traveled 3 times with this bag as a carry on, and all 3 trips resulted in a broken zipper. Then, when the zippers break, it's really hard to open the bag. At the end of the day, I'm not going to use a bag I don't trust will survive the overhead compartments.

The zipper broke on the 1st trip that I took it on.

First trip two zipper pulls missing. One compartment unusable, main compartment zipper spontaneously opens. This is junk.

Was great but the retractable hand is already not working. Trying to get in touch with Travelpro but have not been able to. Would Not recommend to any person!

My very first trip with my new purchase and the top handle broke off. The Agent who broke it said I should have purchased Samsonite.

On th first trip using my new carry-on their handle stopped working. I cannot get the handle to close all the way and I am dreading dealing with it on my return trip tomorrow.

The shipping box was damaged. The extendable handle will not extend. We no longer have the label from the shipping box, so returning it is difficult.

I ordered two suitcases, and when asked during checkout indicated that I didn't want to be emailed newsletters or marketing materials. Then I registered each suitcase separately for warranty and indicated the same. Since then I've had to unsubscribe from mailing lists three times, and now I'm getting sent surveys.

I am trying to do an exchange but can't get anyone on customer service. We went to use it this last weekend but the handle is broke and won't go up and down.

This is junk. I had my last travelpro for 25 years and never ripped. Now it explains why they are not manufacturing anymore in this material.

It's beautiful, but durability is extremely disappointing in that on my first trip, the top handle (not the collapsible, pull handle, but the leather carrying handle) broke. I had to carry it by the side handle for the rest of the trip.

I contracted Travel Pro to return this suitcase on October 21. It's November 4th and they still haven't contacted me yet with return information! Can someone please respond! The suitcase is nice, just too small for my needs.

I love travel pro luggage and own several pieces. I wanted a 4 wheel carry on so I ordered this piece. Sadly it was considerably smaller than my two wheel carry on. I returned it.

On the first trip, side carrying handle pulled out. Big quality control issue. Otherwise is coming out too. Tried to tighten but just spins

I have owned this product for less than 3 months and the side handle already broke. I am waiting to hear back from customer support to reconcile.

My suitcase still hasn't arrived and I ordered it over a month ago. And still no reply from TravelPro to resolve the issue.
