Excellent suitcase. Only thing preventing 5 stars is that i wish there is a lock to prevent the suitcase from rolling when I need it stationary.

The luggage is stylish and durable. Great traveling bag.

I have used the bag once. This was for a twelve-day trip. I like the bag very much - feel that it is well designed, maximizing the space and making it easy to use. Like the mesh zipped pockets on the "tie-downs" (perfect for small items), the zippered plastic case, etc. Lots of thoughtful pluses to make packing (and finding things you packed!) easier. Also, easy access external pockets. Wheels are the best I've had on any suitcase, greatly improve maneuverability. Thank you! WHY ONLY 4 STARS??? Because one of the zipper pulls broke on the very first day of my trip. This is on the main zipper to open the large compartments on the case. Photo attached. See damage on top right pull. I checked the bag, and when I picked it up at baggage claim the pull was broken off right at the angle at the bottom of the Travelpro logo. This is one part of the bag that needs to be strong and in good working order!!! So I'm giving you a big thumbs down for this flaw.

Good for what I needed. Have not had opportunity to use, but bought this for 2-3 day trips for business. It is good quality and the right size for the purpose. Decent organization, although would have been great organization if front top outer pocket was large enough for my 3-1-1 bag....May be able to find alternate bag to fit. Overall, pleased with purchase.

Size is small than my old travel pro carry on bag. Like steel gray color.

We love the Elite 21' but it's capacity is less than we expected.

Workmanship is great; functionality is great. My only reservation, and this may apply to all spinners, the cases don't hold nearly as much clothing as the two-wheel cousins of the same dimensions.

Good - feeling like there are so many features it takes away from room needed. Doesn't hold much. So many pockets takes away space.

Nice bag. Spinner wheels don't align as well as I thought they would.

Well put together suitcase. Rolls easily, but the magnetically aligned wheels, which is a plus, does require a little bit of effort to course correct. Overall, very satisfied.

To be transparent, I returned my luggage because I found out soft luggage is not for me, but here's why I rate them 4 stars: 1. Customer service is excellent, no hassle return policy. This is a must, because the luggage industry is very competitive 2. Luggage was high quality, wheels glided smoothly, handles felt solid, well thought of I might not have bought this time but will I recommend Travel Pro when friends/family look for soft luggage? YES! Will I reconsider Travel Pro in the future if I want to try soft luggage again? YES!

Very well-made & handsome. I only wish the rods were outside so the inside bottom was flat.

Surprising amount of storage. Easy to carry. The wheels roll smoothly. Seems to be durable and high quality. I wish the battery pack came with it for the price you pay..

Great quality, but I wish they made it just slightly longer so that the overfill fit better in the small jets. I have the hardest time getting it into the overhead bins on smaller jets like American eagle, etc. when it is just slightly full.

The suitcase is wonderful. I'm nervous about the lock holding up or being damaged.

Works good has additional room and capacity that I can reduce the number of suitcases I take.

Almost perfect. The only thing is it tips over when I place a tote on top. It becomes top heavy and falls.

The carry on works well but if you use the expandable feature, it no longer qualifies as a carry on. The spinners work well. I'm just hoping it lasts.

The suitcase is good quality and good looking. It is very elegant. I hope it last for many years.

I am trying to replace a Crew5 that I have, thought this was the same size but it is much smaller. It is also heavier than I expected. Suitcase is great just wrong size.

The spinner is wonderful but be aware the space is smaller than the pull behind version due to wheels

Great carry on size, but loaded with feature. More organizational features than expected. Great quality product as expected from Travel Pro.

Great bag. Easy to roll through the airport and it holds a lot. Very happy with my purchase.

Suitcase is quality, however the metal front zippers and zipper pulls are poor quality. Simple zipper/pull upgrades would put this line of luggage above anything out there.
