Great quality bag. I already have the carry-on size of this Platinum Elite bag and wanted the next size up. It rolls beautifully, is very well constructed and offers plenty of room. The only reason I gave it 4* instead of 5 is because they changed the color of the leather trim. I bought it in the same color as the first (greenish olive), but the leather trim on the handles is no longer dark brown but tan. They did change the material a bit, but it's hard to notice unless one looks closely. With the difference in the trim color, it doesn't look quite like a well matched set. Otherwise, it really is a wonderful bag. Love the lifetime warranty.

The suitcase rolls nicely and I generally like it. The handle hardware inside the suitcase is larger than I would like and takes up more room than I would want it to. The worst thing however are the straps with the plastic connectors that keep clothes in place. They are not made for people with arthritis--they are extremely difficult to open and close.

Well constructed, some good features and easy to roll. Kind of expensive.

This suitcase met my needs for a carryon. It's very compact, lightweight, and easily to move around. I like the pockets inside and out. My only issue is that the hanging suit bag is hard to squeeze into the case. It has one semi-rigid piece that barely fits inside of the structure of the case. I might leave that at home next time, but it was nice to take it out and just hang it up.

Great suitcase but smaller than I'd like. It also doesn't expand as much as I expected. The 22" only had 2 wheels which is why I didn't buy it. Otherwise I really like it!

Great small suitcase that holds a lot. The wheels are not as smooth as I had hoped. Difficult on hills and carpets.

Well made, great wheels, works well as carry on both on Lufthansa and KLM. The only problem is that it tips over when upright sometimes, balance is off.

Top of the line, but too many extras and too little open space and volume.

Really love this carry on. It is larger than all other bags I've used prior. It will need to be gate checked for the smaller regional jets but can confirm it fits in the RJ900 overhead compartment if not overpacked. Would give this 5 stars, but I'm not too impressed with the magnetic wheels. The idea is great and was a selling point for me, but when walking fast in the terminal I would actually prefer a standard wheel as the bag doesn't always track perfectly straight.

It appears to be very good quality. The green looks very nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I had to work at getting it to roll straight with all four wheels on the ground. It was exhausting so I just pulled it.

I love the suitcase, except for one thing. The zipper on the lid does not open so the top, and it's not convenient. I purchased this model in large part so that I don't have to lay the top down. That is, I want a smaller footprint when the suitcase is open. The zipper opening at the bottom means things spill out when the lid is upright.

Materials and overall construction of this item is really nice. I sent it back as it was too small. I'm not sure why, but the design of this bag has one end of the main compartment less deep than the other. I would love to have kept it, but the sloped design made it just a bit too small.

I'm a second time TravelPro purchaser and came back for a lighter, newer version for an upcoming trip to South America. Love the design, new wheels and roomy interior with multiple pockets. Having just had surgery I especially appreciate the lightness and ease of handling. And I haven't even gone yet just having fun packing

Really love my new Travelpro. A little bit less roomy than my last one. But otherwise highly functional with great wheels!

I like they suitcase a lot but the color shows dirt. Can you recommend a way to remove spots? Thanks.

This suitcase has the smoothest rolling wheels I've ever encountered. The small details are what sets them apart. The suitcase is pricey, but the platinum elite served it's purpose as a carry on suitcase. I've purchased a few other suitcases and this was hands down much higher quality.

A few too many zippered (or not) pockets for me but otherwise comfortable to use & move around with (my top priority). I wish it were lighter too. All around a good bag for my current needs!

I like the storage, appearance and it's even lighter feeling than I anticipated . But I don't live the wheels. As mentioned by others they are not great and for spinners I feel they move on their own and don't easily flow in the direction I am trying ti go. They easily snag when going over a doorway lip and try to go in a different direction that I am pulling it. For the price I want to love my luggage and I don't with this piece.

I bought the luggage due to the rock solid warranty. The product looks pretty sturdy, but it is a lot smaller than what I'm trying to replace so I had to return it.

Too many compartments and zippers. I just want a uncluttered space for my clothes, packing cubes and envelopes.

So far, pretty good. A closed zipper opened once but I was able to fix it. The wheels roll smoothly most of the time.

I like it. It has a lot of functionality which does not need to be included for every trip but at least the options exist. I like the color and style, very sleek. I like the fact that it is a spinner however sometimes it just rolls away if you arent holding it and turn around to pick up another bag or other. I previously had a samsonite spinner and didnt experience. Would be interested if there is a trick to preventing a run away bag

With all its inner packaging options, this feels much smaller than I had envisioned. I think it will be great for quick trips, but probably not big enough for anything extended time. The quality looks great!

I have had many Travel Pro luggage pieces and have been very happy with the durability and functionality of all of them. I especially like Platinum Elite series. I have given 5 stars to my purchase of the 25" Expandable Spinner. I would have given 5 stars here as well if this bag had the integrated locking system.

The luggage is high quality. The inner part of the top cover is a little odd, but isn't a big issue for me. The lock is unnecessary and if used, will break the hasp off inside the lock. Baggage handlers are not about handling luggage with care.
