Removed hanger for wardrober and changed it from original side like it was in the two wheeler bag that zippered into his own compartment, much better now is not as functional! Do not find it as easy for packing, should have left the same as in the two wheeler. Bought the bag expecting the same interior design very disappointed when I got this bag, may be returning it.

Good quality materials and seams. Height. And width good for checked baggage. Haven't tested the durability and usefulness of this bag bc I haven't traveled with it. Bought it for a future cruise to Bali and Indonesia.

My one complaint is the telescoping handle seems flimsy. The connections could be tighter and not have movement which is annoying when you are walking far distances.

Purchased 2 medium check bags and 2 carry-on bags this month. Our upcoming 4 months of traveling abroad will test the luggage overall durability and ease of use.

Functional, well laid out, looks to be good quality at this price point. Wishing it was a bit more up to date styling such as blacked out zippers and zipper pulls.

Very well made. Only detraction is it's a bit heavy due to the solid construction.

The suitcase is really beautiful and well made. The zipper pulls are weighty and ergonomic. Perfect for a few nights or a capsule wardrobe. The 4 spinning wheels glide effortlessly through the airport. I will have to get used to the spinning wheels as this suitcase replaces my 20 year old 2-wheeled Atlantic.
The inner suiter and pockets weren't put to the test on the maiden voyage. Both appear well made and durable.

Sorry that it doesn't have the same combination lock as the larger size and hard side.

I have not used the bag yet. It does appear to be about the same as a previous 2 wheel Travelpro bag. The only disappointment is there is no built in option for a J-hook.

The build quality is excellent. Especially the handle and wheels.
What will keep this from becoming my favorite piece of luggage for air travel is the inefficient use of space. I have luggage with smaller exterior dimensions that can fit more. There are far too many pockets, zippers, and layers of fabric that consume valuable space. I really only need the main compartment and maybe one exterior pocket. I don't use any of the other 8 pockets the suitcase has, but I have to carry them with me.
I always travel with a second bag for my laptop that has all the pockets I need to organize the travel docs and other accessory pieces.
Likewise I pack a small day pack to use at my destination. This makes the extension zipper something else I don't need. If the suitcase is full enough to need the extension opened up, then it doesn't fit in overhead bins and needs to be checked. If I'm checking it, the day pack becomes my carry on and it frees up space equal to the expansion.

Excellent build quality. It could be a bit smaller to fit more aircraft. If there was a slightly smaller version, I wasn't aware of it. I'm very often asked to submit it for check-in at the gate. Many organizational features, but they can get in the way sometimes.

Everything was great about this except that the color is not quite as pictured and it isn't gonna work for us. I'm going to send this back and get one of the hard case carry-ons though I had actually wanted a soft case carry-on the colors don't work for me.

Haven't used it yet. Gave 4 stars for the look & feel of it, it's lightweight & seems easy to use. However, it came with an awful odor inside. Have been airing it out for 3 weeks now. Although faint, it still has an odor.
Hard to rate it for sure, until I actually use it.

Maneuverability is good overall, but struggles to go straight sometimes
Handle is comfortable and soft to touch
It holds much more than you would think
I love the design that prevents it from falling over
Quality is great

Wheels and zips seem solid - construction is very good. Outside pockets could be a bit deeper - would like to be able to slip a magazine or a file folder into the front pocket. Interior is either fantastic or okay depending on your needs - there are so many features inside. Wish those pockets, etc inside were removable - occasionally I just want a big open box. I want a cross b/t this an my Away and then that would be the perfect carry-on.

The luggage is fantastic regarding the construction, attention to detail, hardware, size, and pockets. My only gripe is with the color - Bordeaux. The luggage piece wasn't as dark a red as I had hoped.

It is a luggage of excellent quality and very stylish. However, I find it to be less spacious than most of its comparables.

Beautiful luggage. Looks just like the pictures. Wheels roll nicely, lightweight and easy to pull. No luggage tag, which is the reason for 4 star.

Bigger than I expected. I bought this to replace 25" SwissGear spinner. It's about 2" wider and a little taller. In fact it's almost the same size as my older 27" Rollabout. I bought it because the SwissGear doesn't roll very well. I'm hoping the Travel Pro will be better. I guess I'll find out on the fall on my next trip. TravelPro should ask me again in 4 months

My last bag had a broken zipper and was very pleased to hear my bag would be replace for a comparable model. The only issue is the models that were offered to me were much smaller and even looked at a bag bigger than the one offered but it seems small and holds less too. Good bag but feel I will need to look for another bag if I am gone more than 2 or 3 days.

Well designed and rolls very well once you get used to it. Unfortunately some of the front pockets are very tight and you cannot put much in them. Otherwise a solidly built carryon. Should last many years.

Love the sturdy handle and wheels! Quality product. Do not love the largeness of the handle that makes it harder to slide my bookbag over. Also, the compression straps have netted bags fixed onto the straps so they cannot slide or be removed (without cutting them). The awkward bags on the compression straps are in the way and there is no good solution. Straps should be straps only (no attached bags).
