The quality and construction was excellent--way above similarly priced carry-ons from outdoor and recreation suppliers. I loved the bag but it was not designed for me--a retired woman going on group tour.

This is a very roomy carry-on. It's also very good looking. It was a gift to my partner and was very well received!

I bought this to replace an aging Crew 22" rollaboard that served me well. I chose the rollaboard as opposed to a spinner since the spinner wheels sacrifice interior space. All in all I like this bag after using it on an inaugural long haul international trip. The multi-position handle is comfortable and the wheels are smooth. I was able to fit work, casual, and gym clothes for an 8 night trip, without having to expand it. I see others have commented on the handle's bars taking up space inside the bag, but the secret I've found is to roll up socks/underwear and place them in the spaces between/on the sides of the handles. That way you then have a flat surface to place the rest of your clothes. I do wish the suiter was completely removable, but the zippered compartment that remains after you take out the removable piece is still handy for folded items, empty space bags, books, etc. I chose the grey fabric which makes it easier to spot my bag in baggage claim. I'm not using a power bank, but the pocket still serves as a space for smaller items.
All in all, I'm happy with this bag and hope to get many years of use out of it.

Much more space than my previous carry on bag. Also so nice that the bag doesn't tip over with a backpack on top of it.

Lightweight and attractive, The wheels roll smooth and quiet! Solid construction. It does not hold as much as my other bag, but overall I really like it.

I am thrilled with my purchase of the Platinum Elite 22 Travel Pro. It has lots of room and a number of ways to pack my gear.

For the biggest carry-on that you can get, it serves well. Wheels are quiet and seem to do well for it's first trip. The construction of the bag itself is of durable quality with amicable space. The zippers are of quality and so is the material.
The only thing that I don't like about the bag is that you have the storage area for the handle that protrudes where your clothes go so your clothes don't lay flat. Not only that, but when you're trying to pack for four days, that real estate is very valuable. So, I improvised and used the flat areas and filled them with socks and underwear. When the bag is full like it is now, the zippers inside at the top where the buckles are are not useful and serve no purpose. On the interior side of the opening flap, the insert that is in there that can be taken out really serves no purpose either. It's a thick card stock board covered with a foam roll that I have no idea what purpose it serves. It can be removed and I did just that.

I bought this model for my husband. All his clothes fit and he loves the hook to hang dress shirts. He travels for work and this roll aboard is by far the best.

I'd been looking for a well made carry on with a garment hanger in the suitcase. This one is great! Handle raises easily and wheels roll smoothly. It is small. With all the toiletries women typically carry, it's more of a weekend bag rather than 4-5 days.

This luggage is literally everything that you need in a compact carryon. I was a bit skeptical based on the reviews, but also realized that so many people couldn't be raving about it if it weren't true. Best piece of convenient and durable luggage for air or train travel as well.

I used this carry-on to attend a wedding. My dress was wrinkle-free due to the garment bag. The compartments kept all of my things well organized. The size was perfect for a weekend away. Moving through the airport was easy.

Love the interior organization! Fits more than we thought. Heavy, strong zippers and wheels. Everything you'd want in a carry on bag!

This is my third Travelpro, the quality over the past 30 years has been consistent. Love the new interior with the pockets the right size and placed well. Exterior and the zipper are an upgrade. The warranty was another reason I bought this instead another more expensive brand. The roller board arrive in perfect shape dues to the packaging.

I purchased the 22" Platinum Elite primarily for long weekend getaways but I've found this overall size and storage space make it perfect for extended holidays too.

So far so good. Made it for a 5 day trip to Chicago with just this and a small back pack (luckily the weather was warm so less bulky clothes). It was easier to maneuver and the wheels seemed to hold up even after a close to 3 mile walk from the CTA station to my destination, even on a short patch of rough ground that didn't have a side-walk. My main concern with suitcases is that the wheels hold up as I sometimes travel to places off the beaten track (for example, eco resorts where you might have a stone or gravel path and steps), it's going to get wheeled outside of the airport and not just on a pristine sidewalk, so interested to see if they pass the test of time. The only thing I don't like is the internal zippered compartment is upside down.

Great construction (and warranty, as we have found out with luggage damaged by an airline), but also lightweight. Somehow holds more than similar sized luggage. Never had a wheel fail as we have with other brands. Our sixth piece of Traveler luggage.
