I ordered the 7.5 W and found they weren’t wide enough at the ball of the foot to accommodate my bunions. Even though the straps are adjustable, my bunions fell between the two and made the shoes feel uncomfortable.

Even tho this shoe is marked WW it does not have a wide foot bed. It is an attractive shoe.

It ran wide and was too tan and not silver/ gold enough

I will return this shoe. It's cute but more for business casual or perhaps business dress. Does not meet my need for a dress shoe--too casual looking. Almost a dressy Birkenstock with heels. If you are desperate for a dress shoe that you can wear through the night, give it a try. Just don't expect the beautiful metallic color shown in photo. The color is a bit more subdued than it appears in photo. But its nice and a bit slimmer than most comfort shoes.

The top straps were a little stiff. They fit okay, but with a 9.5 narrow, my feet looked huge. Not the sandal's fault, just my long narrow feet.

D width is NOT WW! I was hopeful because I'd heard SAS makes wide widths, but the footbed was not wide enough for my foot. I had to adjust the straps and the velcro showed - it shows if you adjust them even the smallest bit! The ankle strap on the last hole just made it over my high instep. Again, you could see where the buckle is attached and it was only the bit of elastic there that made it possible. Too bad, they could have been a good summer nice-but-not-dressy sandal. They are going back

The toe box tapers quickly making the sandal too narrow for my foot, and the upper strap is too far forward, so my pinkie toe sticks out.

The fit was good and the shoe was fairly comfortable -- great support. But...the straps are scratchy and really quite unattractive with their bulky velcro. That, combined with the dark brown clunky heel, scream "sensible shoe trying to look cute." Sigh. Apparently making a chic comfortable shoe really is like rocket science.

Needed shoe for daughters wedding but I am afraid the velcro would snag my long dress AND velcro usually overlaps too far on me. These looked too Grandma-ish but unfortunately I have mortens neuroma and have to have comfort flats. Trying hard to find something with low heel...that is pretty, but comfort. not easy.

I need a 'formal' comfort shoe for daughters wedding. Unfortunately I Have Mortens neuroma and haven't worn a sandal or heel in 15 years, getting by with flats. These were just too grandma-ish but mostly I have issue with Velcro. I worry about snagging my dress but also, most velcro shoes do night snug up right for me, the pieces bypass each other.

The shoe is marked WW and the adjustable straps are just the right length for a WW shoe. However the foot bed is narrower than a wide shoe...like a standard M sole is made WW by attaching longer straps. My foot hung over the side edge, while the straps were just right.

I was really hoping this shoe would work since I have several dressy events approaching that I need a comfortable but dressier shoe. I wear a size 10 in most dress shoes, and 10 1/2 in sneakers and after reading the reviews I went with the 10 narrow. Sadly they just don’t work. They were about an inch too long, but super narrow, maybe the medium width would have been better. I felt there wasn’t much arch support and I have a high arch that needs support, also the color was more gold than it looked in the photos and my dress has silver beading...... Sorry Zappos....these are coming back! Thanks for being awesome about returns!

I have a very wide foot, but the foot bed in these was way too narrow, even though I purchased a Wide. I'm used to shoes not fitting me right, but these seemed ridiculously narrow for being a Wide!

Even the the straps had velcro they were still to wide. The strap across the right toes had wrinkles in the leather. I would have expected these expensive priced shoes to be of better quality.

Not bad, but I was hoping the straps would hide my bunion, not frame it.

They fit but the style (where the straps went) seemed to bring attention to my bunions. Also the upper straps are not comfortable. They felt scratchy. I will return them. I recommend the SAS Quatro instead which are very comfortable.

You'd think that for $165 the sole would be leather or some more comfortable material than plastic! I'm returning them.
