great looking shoe. I am a 10 1/2 narrow and the 11 was too big. Too bad

I've had one pair of SAS , the Cozy, and wear them year round. They wear very well and are extremely comfortable. The arch support is excellent. With this new order I am extremely pleased to discover that SAS sandals have very consistent fit. I wear 11N in them. These black Savannas can go casual or dressy and the velcro straps, which I have to overlap almost fully to get a snug fit, don't stick out at all. In other brands I wear 10.5N (Munro, Vaneli)

It is a very well built, classy looking shoe.

These are lovely shoes by a premier manufacturer. However, they arrived without their original box or packing, and I was able to see wear on the back and side of the heels. They are relatively expensive shoes, so the previous purchaser apparently wore them for an occasion or two, wiped the bottoms clean, and then returned them. Whoever inspected them at Zappos apparently didn't notice the wear, but they should have been suspicious because they were not in the original packaging. I appreciate Zappos' generous return policy, but think that the shoes being returned need to be inspected for wear, especially if they are returned after a long time and/or without the original packaging. I probably would not have kept them anyway because I found a more suitable pair, but I love Zappos and think that the importance or inspecting returned items is worth noting.

Very nice shoes with cushioned footbed and adjustable straps and decent look. I returned them because one shoe made a hissing sound when I walked.

These are good with a cushioned footbed and fully adjustable straps and decent arch support. The problem is that the straps are a little bit scratchy. Also, I wanted silver and not gold. But these were an almost.

Not comfortable on my foot

It’s a well-fitting casual shoe, especially for a narrow foot. Unfortunately, I need a dressier shoe for a wedding.

These shoes are very attractive and comfortable but a little too long. I may try a 1/2 size smaller but not sure that the straps will hit in the right place.

I loved this shoe but the material scratched my bunion...so I have to return it.

My only problem with these was the footbed. On a hot day they would be very sweaty. I really like more of a non-slip suede type surface.

The fit is great; the shoes are comfortable and adjustable thanks to velcro. Zappos told me to buy a larger size than I would have, and they were right! These not the most graceful shoes in the world, but in the end, I opted for comfort, even though the price is high.

Felt and looked good!

The leather was a little stiff for a SAS shoe. The velcro was helpful to create a good fit. They're not too old lady looking while still being comfortable. Often white shoes make my long thin feet look even longer but the three straps helped visually as well as with fit.

These shoes are very comfortable. They are better looking than I anticipated too. I have a wide foot and find sandals hard to buy. These work well with the adjustable bands across the toe.

The ankle strap just wasn't long enough. :-(

The shoe was exactly what I hoped for, a shoe that would look good for casual wear and dressy. It fit that bill. Unforunately, the straps rubbed on my bunions when I walked. Darm, really liked the shoe.

didn't fit my foot.. even wide width tapered too much at toe. straps dug in.

The food bed does not have breathable fabric. Feet stick to it. Yuk.
