The handbag is beautiful, except for the flaw with the handles. Where the handles meet the handbag, they have bumps where the rolled handle switches to be flat where it is secured to the bag. From using this purse for a couple months on the daily, with it being about a quarter full, the straps are discoloring the handbag's leather and causing an indentation. Disappointing because I was hoping to keep this bag for years...but it will have to go back. The handles should have been placed slightly higher on the bags so that the bump on the handle was not rubbing against the bag every time you use it.

I'm disappointed that the middle zippered pocket is so small. The only place to put things are the two outside pockets that are wide open. There isn't even room in the zippered pocket to put my billfold.

I purchased this bag a week ago and it is not true size according to the description. Not even close to a large bag. I would return/exchange if I could but it was a final sale purchase.

This bag is NEON pink. I was expecting a much softer color as pictured. Buyer be warned.

I honestly didn't like the color when I purchase the bag the color description said it was cherry good when I received the purse the color is cherry deep. Definitely not the color I was expecting.

I ordered the Pale Vellum color based on the photos. The color looked like a light beige, but instead it is more of a pink. It will not work with anything in my closet so I am very disappointed that it cannot be returned. I feel like it was a way for Kate Spade to unload a color that wasn't selling and I have to eat the cost.

Did not realize this bag was 2 years old before I purchased it, and I definitely would not have bought it if I had known it was so old and uncared for. It had clearly been returned as it was not in the packaging I have come to expect from Kate Spade. I'm guessing the bag had been stored on its side for those 2 years with something on top of it, because the front leather panel was misshapen and creased. After I returned it, I saw it listed back for sale online. Beware of the frosted spearmint color if you see 1 for sale, because it is probably the same one.

Firstly the color it's totally different than the picture Also the customer service did not answer my Emails when I asked them about if they sent me a different color or that is a real color for you it So if any one red my review now don't buy it it's not worth

Ordered item twice within 1 month and both orders cancelled days later with no explanation... so disappointed!!

Margaux large satchel arrived with visible marks in the FRONT side of the handbag that are clearly not part of a brand new handbag; it seems used. It is not part of a bad packaging since no part of the handbag was making pressure against it. Those marks are incorrigible and impact the aesthetic of the whole handbag. Terrible! A refund of $24.00 was done after my claim.

The purse itself is gorgeous. The company's customer service is awful though. I ordered the medium at first and had zero help trying to return I for the large package - it took over a month and a half for them to reimburse me the gift card that was used for a portion of the cost. When it was reimbursed it was split up into different codes that I had to apply separately and wait days on end for emails back from their customer service team (when they did respond it was repetitive responses and not actual answers to my questions). I had issues logging into my account and was locked out, unable to change the password and emailed customer service for assistance and still has not been resolved. There was MANY sales for up to 75% off the same bag I was trying to order for weeks but since I was waiting for the gift card to be reimbursed for the purchase, they would not apply the same codes to my purchase. It was extremely frustrating dealing with them over email. Once purchased, I had to "check out as guest" as my account has still not been resolved - therefore, did not receive a confirmation email, tracking information, details of delivery etc. I had no idea if my purchase actually went through and took over 3 weeks to come in the mail (just arrived yesterday). Overall, will not be ordering from this company again.

I thought I bought the color you see on the website. I received a bubblegum pink with a splash of tangerine. Very unhappy.

I open the box and thought they sent me a black purse by mistake. It's called Evergreen but the green is so dark it looks black. Not as the picture shows

Ordered this online to pick up in store. Should've checked it before leaving because the bag was damaged with scratches. Very disappointed as I've always liked Kate Spade. Will not be purchasing again.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for myself. The description says leather, not so! Also the handles are starting to fray. Will never purchase from Kate Spade again! No stars!

I was so excited to receive my purses I ordered. Then you guys cancelled my order and when I called no one could tell me why. I can't believe you sent me a request for a review of purses I never got and you cancelled the order. I was so upset when my order was cancelled, and now I feel like you are rubbing salt in my wounds by sending me this.

I usually love my Kate Spade handbags. I purchased this one without actually looking at the dimensions assuming large meant large like my others. I wanted to like this handbag but it is just too small for my regular day to day life.

Received a message that after I ordered this item was not available. Was very sad as I wanted this color, :(

I ordered this bag as a Christmas gift for my wife. The order went through with no problem, but a few days later it was cancelled by Kate Spade, with no other alternatives.

I ordered the 'pink' color as shown in photos and instead received lavendar. The resent what was promised to be pink, only to again receive lavendar. I ordered a completely different style, again a pink shade in photos, and for a third time git lavendar. This company has a HUGE problem with misrepresenting their color palette.

Bag was smaller than expected (yes, I read the measurements). The use of space was also disappointing and the handles don't bend. This "large" bag is really small/medium size. Personally, I have no use for this and now cannot return it. Disappointing.
