Smaller than I expected for an office bag. Sad I can't return it

I love the design of the Margaux, and this is my first time getting one! Unfortunately, it looks prettier in the photos than in real life. Leather looks a bit dull, dry and rough. Maybe this is an older stock. Zipper is also not very smooth. Please recommend how I can maintain the pebbled leather and make it shiny again. Thanks!

This bad is well made and lives up to the Kate Spade quality. However, the handles are a fail. This bag is surprisingly heavy due to the middle pocket and the handles are too thin. The handles are more of a thin rope style which makes the weight of the bag uncomfortable on your arm when carrying.

I just received this purse and while I do like it, color was a little misleading. In person, the purse in pressed flowers is a plumish pink color. The purse in the picture is pinker.

Overall, purse is acceptable. I gave 3 stars because I wanted a light pink purse which I thought Pressed Flowers was according to online pictures. However, Pressed Flowers color is not light pink like in picture. It's closer to mauve. This is why I gave 3 stars. A picture that more accurately depicts color needs to be added.

I ordered the color "Tamarillo" recieved a bag with the tag "cherrywood" and upon speaking to an associate I have the correct bag because the colors tamarillo, cherrywood, jasper and sangria are all similar/alike. In my opinion if I ordered tamarillo the tag on the bag should read that not cherrywood especially when the item is marked as final sale. I'm very reluctant to make an online purchase from Kate Spade again, if I do make any purchases they will more than likely be in store so there will be no "confusion" like this in the future. The color of the bag does look a little different in person than online but that is expected, the difference in the name I ordered and what was recieved on the bag are my concern.

I am not in love with this bag. It looks smaller than actual description on the website. The color is dull. I may return the bag.

The quality and color are amazingly gorgeous! I couldn't get passed it not having snaps or some kind of closure on the outside sections. I also wasn't crazy about how the handles stood straight up and did not have the option of folding them down. These are just preferences that I wish the purse had. Unfortunately I will be sending the purse back.

I really loved the shape and the quality of leather. But with every Kate Spade bag, they didn't go little extra step. It's an unfinished bag. I didn't like that they thought it's not necessary to line the entire bag. I was so excited to buy this purse until I went to the store to check it out. The middle portion of the bag is only thing you could use. They just left the bag unfinished. I don't know who designs these bags. They could have just lined the entire purse and added some zip or button enclosures to make it bag of the year. I hope you are reading this Kate Spade creative team.

This purse is nicely styled but felt heavy (more like neoprene than leather as promised). Also, understand the 'no return' on this good price reduction but would much prefer store credit as an option.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter- when it arrived the leather had a bad scratch- when we contacted you we were given a small discount - less than 30.00 - the bag is sold out so we didn't have any other option - disappointed because she really likes the bag

The bag looks cheap. The material feels like cardboard. Not worth the amount of money that it retails for. The color is person is also not coral, it looks more hot pink. I was not happy with my purchase. If I could return it, I would.

Love the color. Wish the handles would have folded down. Way to bulky and didn't like that the outside pockets didn't close.

The purse I received seems to me like it is a medium size purse and not a large

Material looked very cheap Was really disappointed had to send back

My husband was getting me this for Mother's Day. I was so surprised when I received it that it looked so purple to me. I called Kate Spade and was on hold for over a half hour. I went to the UPS store, with my mask and gloves. (The 1st time I have been in a store in over a month) While I had completed one return label, the shipping label was missing. Somehow I did not realize if I used the discount code the sale was final. I call Kate Spade, stayed on hold, spoke to a nice person who sent me a return label. My husband went to UPS and it was shipped. The purse was received on April 22, 2020. I had an online chat with a customer service person on 4/25/20. The person said it was received and I would soon receive an email and a refund back to my credit card. Today is 4/30/20. I still have not received either. I am pretty disappointed.

I own many leather handbags in different leathers and styles. I was so disappointed in this Margaux bag. The 2 outside pockets are lined in plastic, I had never seen that before. The leather, pebble, does not come close to her bags of the past. It was returned regardless of price. I gave it 2 stars for the construction~~not the quality.

Bought this 2 weeks ago, disappointed with the color. Color is different online than actual purse. Waste of money.

I bought this bag because I was SO in love with the lychee color as shown in the photograph. The color is COMPLETELY inaccurate. It's essentially a highlighter neon pink, which is not my style at all. I bought this bag as a pick-me-up during quarantine and I was so looking forward to it, but it was a huge disappointment. Unfortunately I bought it on sale so I can't return it. I typically love Kate Spade, but this is absolutely the LAST time I will buy something online.

I just received it and I'm very disappointed with the actual color. very small for the large size and quality doesn't seem to be there as it before.

Shipping was great, packaging is elegant as always. I am giving the "Pressed Flowers" this review. 2 stars are due to the following: -The color advertised is not the color you get. This purse is a darker pink with purple hues. - The material is thin and flimsy, so the purse buckles if you dont have much to put in it. - The middle zipper compartment is SO small the 2 divider pockets (on the inside of the middle zipper compartment) is actually 1 pocket with a button in the middle.. so this is really disappointing since this was the Large satchel. - The 2 outer pockets buldge out because of the middle pocket and also if you have a lot of items to carry, itll also make it buldge. There's no buttons to close the outer pockets, so they stick out and wide open so everything in your purse is basically exposed... Im just super disappointed with this purchase.

I was so excited to get this bag in the color I wanted and could not wait to start carrying it. However, I have been disappointed with it. One positive about it is the size which allows me to carry my basic items. The structure of this purse however is flimsy and has not held up as other Kate Spade Satchels that I have owned in the past. This bag doesn't hold up well, it naturally wants to buckle to one side or the other and I have to interlock the handles in order to keep it from buckling. Been quite disappointed with this bag. Not a sturdy bag at all!!!
