slippers need to be wider mid foot

Product runs small husband is 13 in everything but these fit more like a 12

Just would like size 16 to start having wide options otherwise great product

These are just ok. This is my second pair of UQGS, and they don't compare to my first pair. The material is thin, and so are the soles.

The quality has declined since the last purchase of this shoe a couple years ago. For the price, can find better quality.

Bought the Ascots in size eight, because that has been my size for half a century. Too small. O.K., I understand that feet seem to swell with age, so I returned them for nine. They seem to fit just like the eights! Now what? I know my feet haven't swollen that much, all the rest of my shoes fit just fine. HELP! Michael

I ordered a 9. I normally wear 8.5. Slippers were small, my toe touched the front. I returned slippers. If I decide to re-order I would order a size 10.

I ordered my third pair same as my previous pairs a US size 11, but they are too large primary in length. How do I shrink them?? I have been wearing UGG slippers for 20 years and love them.

I love my UGGs, but for some reason these slippers insoles are not as soft as they used to be. I found it hard, which surprised me usually they're very, very soft.

The shoe is very comfortable but the rubber soles on the bottom is way too narrow on the heel of the shoe. I don't understand why the sole doesn't cover the whole bottom like a normal shoe. With the sole being so narrow, it makes the shoe unstable and your foot wobbles when you walk. I would love to know why they cheaped out and use a small then normal sole.

I've always loved the ascot slipper. I am usually a wide, but i would by a size up and it would be fine. Now I tried a wide, and it is indeed wide. So that is good. But the slipper its self was very stiff, did not feel like a luxury slipper. I returned for a different size and color. Hopefully the new one wont be so stiff, almost felt like a work boot.

The outer sole is narrower than the slipper width. After wearing a while the edges of the narrow sole can be felt, esp where the toes overlap the sole and the ridge causes pain with each step, like a rock in a shoe.

I ordered a size 12 as every pair of shoes I own are size 12. These house shoes do not even come close to fitting, not just tight, I cant insert my foot. I am returning for a credit as I have no idea what size may fit due to how small the fit was on these shoes. I have an old pair of these house shoes, love 'em, soft, comfortable, warm. I will still by a pair of Ugg house shoes, but wait until we are near a store that sells them and can fit me.

My husband said within a week of wearing them, a bump across the middle of inside the shoe has formed. Paid a pretty penny on these for this to happen and can't return/exchange since they're worn.

I bought a pair of these slippers a year ago in size 11 for my boyfriend. I bought him a new pair this year, same style, same size 11, now they are an inch smaller. Not even close to the same size purchased a year ago.

The shearling seems to be half the density than previous years.

Great product, very comfortable, but they run small. I would order a size bigger than you need.

The sizing is not as expected. It's tight in the in-step. I'm trying to break them in, but considering a return. Quality in workmanship and materials seems compromised than my memory of a pair I had years ago. Same size - perfect fit in the past. Not thrilled with the purchase.

The shoe fits my dad and he likes them. But they came scuffed up. He didn't care but to me they should not have arrived that way. I would have returned them if it was up to me.

Not as comfortable as I remember. Other brands are much more comfortable and less expensive.

I seem to recall that my first pair, bought several years ago, had a natural material lining. The new model is not as comfortable but not worth the hassle of returning.

I have purchased these for a family member as a Christmas present several times. With the last purchase I was supposed to receive a care kit as a gift with purchase that they never sent. I was replacing his last pair that ended up with mold growing in them that he wasn't happy about. There isn't a place to attach a picture or I would show you.

The suggested sizing is not accurate, stick with what you know is your size.
