since last pair was purchased at company store in Chicago, this direct order proved to be too tight..should have ordered half size larger.

My friend and I both bought this shoe and its like walking on a cloud. Its soft and comfortable but not very supportive. I don't use it when I'm planning on doing major walking but definately around the house or during school.

i have my ugg ascot from 2 weeks. they are very confortable,warm,soft, i really love them! everyone tell me that they are awesome! chestunt colour is really beatiful, but a bit dirt repellent. anyway they are the most confortable and amazing shoes i ever had! they are good also for outdoors use!:) buy them, you will love them!

My husband couldn't believe how warm his slippers were! They fit perfectly and were so comfy!

Wearer has multiple sclerosis and difficulty walking. Shoes provide warmth and comfort while being structurally sound and supportive without 'flopping' off as many slippers do.

Worth the price.

Theses shoes are used for shopping & going out,the shoe fits great looks great and warm but at the sametime within three days of wearing this shoe around the outter edges near the sole the shoe had already begin to show lots of wear.In theses areas the leather looks as though they've been worn for months when in fact I got them for christmas.

i wear these everyday! to work, walking around campus, and hanging out in my dorm. i love how comfortable they are . my only concern is that i dont think that you can replace the inner sole like some other of the "UGG"shoes. all my buddies are jealous of how comfy these are and most have gonw out and got their own pairs!

It is soft and comfortable once the slipper is on. The slipper was a little tight when i first got it, it is also somewhat narrow. It seemd to be OK now.

I've had them for only two days, but they are very comfortable and warm.

When I bought the slipper I got the size that I wear not knowing whether they run big or small. The size 11 was much too small, sent them back and got a 12. They fit like a glove and are great to wear both indoors and out. I have tried several brands of moccasins and the UGG's are by far the most comfortable.

My husband had a birthday coming. I needed a gift idea. My co-worker was wearing a pair of Ascots. I liked the look, and he said they were warm & comfy. So, I ordered them. My husband is delighted!

Great! bought them a few days ago. 5th pair of UGGs i bought. they are amazing but be careful where you wear them. the fronts will get dirty so be careful.

I have gone through a lot of slippers in my day, and these are by far the nicest ones that I've purchased. Their comfort is unmatched, and the style is nice for lounging around the house or walking outside. The only thing I would suggest is not to wear them out when it is wet, or when the ground has been treated with salt after a snow storm. Unfortunately, walking with them outside when it is wet will cause the sides and front to soak through. Also, since I wore them everyday through the tough Penn State winters, the salt/wetness caused a hole in the front of my right slipper after a couple months. But, nonetheless, I still wore them everyday because they were so comfortable.

Soles are too narrow for the body of the shoe, my ankle feels like it wants to roll. I don't feel stable!

This is my 2nd pair of these slippers, but I returned them unfortunately. The 1st pair I purchased lasted 10+ years. They're still great after all this time despite some wear on the inside. However, even after this lengthy usage period I could tell that the new pair I ordered to replace them wasn't of the same quality. I originally chose to buy these slippers again because the quality of the 1st pair. But the material used has changed. I decided to return the new pair. Still giving 3 stars because it's likely higher quality than other brands.

They are a little snug and feel tight on my foot. I'm hoping they loosen up.

I was unable to get my foot in the boot. I was very disappointed. Hopefully the slippers I ordered fit v

I'm a size 12, for every shoe I've ever bought for 40 years. These 12s are too short so I'm exchanging them for 13s. Otherwise they are really well made.

Just OK. Soles are very stiff and will take time to break in.

I had know idea that they would not run true to size.
