Very nice shoes! They fit well, the sole has excellent grip and the are comfortable: roomy around the toes and nicely supportive around the mid foot. I will use them as a multipurpose shoe for traveling. My only gripe are, as often the case with Arc'teryx, the choice of colours for women. IMHO you should always offer an understated option such as black or gray, and you should really avoid to spoil the refined look of your shoes by adding accents in garish and girlish colours such as turquoise or lilac. Your designs are so cool and minimalistic that I love to wear them in town and to work as well, but the accents are really annoying in these contexts. I might decide to just cut off the turquoise loop on the shoe tongue, but it's a pity.

I bought this shoe and wore if for 20 days on a safari. It was the best thing for my feet. I climbed Dune 45 in Namibia and walked on all kind of surfaces. Had no trouble on rocks or sand. Would buy another anytime. Wore it all the time. Looks good too.

These shoes have seen constant use since the Spring and have held up nicely. I wear them hiking and for longer rock climbing approaches on which I need more support than a climbing approach shoe. They are very comfortable and have the feel of a running shoe, but have more lateral support. They also have good breathability considering they are Gore-Tex and have kept my feet dry on wet days. The tread works well for the wet earth we have on the West Coast and is sticky on rock. I get a lot of compliments on these shoes which says something considering they are hiking shoes. I got them in my normal size which is 7.5. They are a bit wide for my narrow foot, but cinching the laces tight works well to adjust fit.

After having trouble finding a truly waterproof, lightweight hiking shoe, I decided to order these on a whim. I'd never ordered anything from Arc'teryx but I'm very glad I did. Not only are they comfortable, they are very waterproof and look great too. This weekend I walked in slushy, wet snow and my feet stayed dry. I love these hikers and highly recommend them. I also want to acknowledge the speedy delivery and great customer service from Arc'teryx!

I bought these shoes to replace my old walking boots, I bought them out of faith knowing that Arc'teryx reputation for quality equipment. Once again did not let me down, I used these on a Grade 2/3 scramble in Scotland on a very very wet day and they performed perfectly, did everything that they say they do. I was able to move quickly up the hill, my feet stayed dry and I had no problems moving over wet and slippery rock. I could not have asked for a better shoe. The colour is great too!

Like the design. Had a hard time to determine the right size (fits bigger). Also it is loose around ankle but other than that it is really comfortable. I did not have a chance to go for longer hikes yet but on my shorter city trail walk was really comfy.

I love these shoes! I have done some long approaches that have required me to scramble or do some light climbing and I never even changed into my climbing shoes. These have such good grip and were so kind to my knees. I never tweaked my ankle or frankly was worried about it because it is a very stable shoe. If you are looking for a low profile trail shoe seriously, this is the one you want.

I purchased these shoes as a birthday present for myself and I adore them! They are well-designed (the perfect ugly/cute for my dorky outdoorsing outfits) and very comfortable. They are not cushy and pillowy, but they are still light, soft, and comfortable with the rigidity to keep your feet in the right position while hiking. I have worn these for day hikes, walks around town, and one backpacking trip. I feel supported and there is nothing that cuts into my ankle while I walk in them. They provide sufficient grip for sandy/rocky terrain. I live in a very dry state and have not tested the waterproofing or wet grip of these shoes. For my purposes they have suited me well and have been easy to break in.

I originally ordered my usual size 7, but they definitely run long. I have trouble finding hikers/running shoes that don't hit my lateral ankle bone, but these are cut down enough that they work perfectly for me. Nice arch support. Comfortable right out of the box. Saskaiam/Aeroscene colour is much nicer that the online image.

As a regular hiker of the Grouse Grind & BCMC, this shoe surpasses all other shoes I've tried doing this technical and vertical hike. It is super light and with a grippy sole, I feel confident hiking through rooty, rocky and wet terrain. I had never hiked in a Gore-tex shoe before and loved how dry my feet were on the wettest days. Best hiking shoe ever!

These shoes have usurped all others in my closet as my new favorites. I wear them for technical scrambles and long hikes, I much prefer trailrunners to boots. They are super sticky, lightweight, pretty breathable and gorgeous too. One note: I'm a 9.5 street size, which often correlates to a 41.5 EU. I size down to a 9 in these, which correlates to a 41.3 with Arc'teryx shoes.

I took a gamble that the US size 10/Eur 42 2/3 would fit since many reviews indicated they run large. Normally I am ladies 11/Eur 43. This shoe is so comfortable, and color Exosphere/rhapsody suits me better than a basic black hiker. So pleased with this purchase.

size feels larger than my size,I am 7, but this felt more like 8. Funny thing is - when you look from profile the tip of shoe is elevated, not sure if that is comfortable or not. Have to return them since they are too large.

I am a bit embarassed to write this, but I loved these sneakers, but also loved the Hoka sneakers I ordered at the same time and I never expected to like both pairs of shoes (because of the cost). So, sorry to say, one pair has got to go back.

My only complaint with these (besides the price!) is that the shoe laces are very slippery and don’t stay tied—even when I used a double knot. Otherwise, I like their streamlined look—I have always gotten much bigger, clunkier hiking shoes in the past, and I like the fact that these would not look out of place on city streets. The feel is a bit different from what I am used to—more firm—but it is quite comfortable and supportive.

I have to say I love this shoe, I went down a half size and it fits really well, is extremely comfortable and makes me feel I could walk for miles. But, it's not waterproof, I'm not sure if it's worn out over time but when I walk through wet grass my feet get wet. I actually have two pairs and the same problem in both. I'll try and spray them. I have seen someone else had this issue and Arc'teryx has penetrated the water has come over the top - that's not the case for me the water in penetrating the toe area, everywhere else stays dry
