This shoe fits true to size, in my opinion. But, this shoe is one of the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever purchased! I have a medium/low arch, and this shoe provides ZERO arch support. Within 1 mile of light trail hiking, I had arch pain in both feet and shin splints. I purchased new insoles, which have helped the arch problem only slightly. The shoes are also very stiff, no cushion whatsoever, and slipped off the back of my heel even after purchasing thick socks. Several times I thought I would step right out of them. I had high hopes for these shoes, but now I’m just sad that I’m out $130. I will not wear these torture devices again.

they style of this shoe was changed and now they are very painful to wear. the first time I ran in them I got a bruise on the top of my foot. I thought it was a breaking in problem but they continue to hurt a lot when I wear them. huge disappointment.
