These gloves were used to protect hands from desert sun while doing yard work. They are also being used to work on a computer in an unheated facility.

I do a lot of Nordic walking and these gloves are the best ones I have come across. I used to use biking gloves to prevent blisters from the poles walking at high speed, these gloves are light and tough and much easier to wlak with. If you use polse for recreational walking or for fitness walking, I definitely recomend these gloves.

I tried several other brands of cyclist-like gloves but either my hands where too hot or my thumb was sufficiently protected from rubbing against the handle of the trekking poles.
The ActiveIce Chroma Sun Gloves are perfect! Hiking long hours with trekking poles, my hands don't get sweaty at all and I have very good protection from the sun as well as from rubbing against the poles handle.
They also are very comfortable to wear

I use these when I road bike. They really help grip better and keep the sweat from getting to the handles. I live in Albuquerque where the sun beats down all day. These have been great to keep my hands from overheating! Love the color too.

I took these gloves out for a kayak camping trip, I found them to be comfortable and of great use. Reduced my blisters and helped keep a good grip on my paddle.

Have used these gloves as an everyday cycling glove. They are breathable and slim, the fitting runs alittle bulky but rather have that then too tight. Have washed them a few times now and have not seen any wear! Would be cool if there was a gel padded palm

My wife and I got these for working on a small expedition ship in Central America where we were hiking through the rainforests, kayaking, etc. We found that these gloves were great sun protection and absorbed the sweat from our hands in the hot and humid conditions. Working with cameras in those conditions these were just what we needed!

The gloves are great. Perfect size. I'd recommend these gloves to anyone needing to protect their hands from the summer sun; your hands are actually cooler with these gloves on than with them bare due to the fabric. My previous pair survived 3 years of almost continual use, including hiking in Manitoba, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and in Australia. I bought 2 pairs - lemon and the chrome.

This was an impulse buy as I was ordering a few end-of-summer items. I've had a heck of a time finding decent cycling gloves, and the item description mentioned cycling, so I was curious to see how they'd be for that activity. Upon trying them on, I immediately knew they weren't fit for cycling, due to no padding. But I've found them to be much more useful for kayaking than my second-hand cycling gloves had been, thanks to the quick drying. The only minor annoyance, from a kayaking standpoint, is the glove clip. The portion on the right-hand glove brushes against my leg as I'm paddling. But it's easy enough to cut the clip off. So, all in all, it turned out to be a good buy.

Only downside is that they are just slightly hotter than normal cycling gloves.

I like these gloves but for fly fishing they make it kind of hard to tie knots. The thumbs are a little long and hooks grab on to the little holes in the palm material.

Sizing runs very big, I am typically a S or M in OR gloves and needed an XS for these.

I purchased these gloves for hiking thinking that the thicker fabric on the palm would be good for scrambling on rocks (as opposed to the ActiveIce Spectrum Sun Gloves which I also purchased). Unfortunately the fit of these gloves were not great. They were baggy in the palm and I'm afraid I will get blisters when using trekking poles. Maybe sizing down would do the trick.

Following the measurement guide, these are definitely too big. These should be sized down. I do like the fact that the wrist is adjustable.
