I have two pairs of the trail 2650 and they worked out great hiking on Baker Trail in Western, PA this past September. I have ordered another pair as my two feet are different sizes. Although on my Baker Trail hike I wore size 12 without any problems. The left takes size 13 and the right is size 12. Excellent traction and comfort right out of the box. Very light on the feet while hiking- especially uphill.

Love these comfortable shoes. They look fantastic. I am really pleased with this purchase and they are so comfortable to walk and hike in. I was standing around at work for a few hours the other day and these were very comfortable on my feet/back for standing in as well. I would say they will be a great daily shoe as well. Tread is great, will see how they hold up over time.

I love these shoes. I am on my 3rd pair. The others are still going strong, so these arent replacements, these are in addition tothis is my first pair that are Gore-Tex, Im looking forward to wearing them all winter.

My girlfriend saw I was wearing these shoes and she ran away with my best friend and I miss him!

I bought these because the Jag Low have been discontinued, which was an excellent shoe for me and were the perfect "me" shoe. Hesitant about the Trail 2650, but I bought these and have been happy with them. They are lighter than I expected, easy to wear all day, and a good color combination. I do like the rubberized toe box on the end because it protects the leather from being over saturated in wet grass and trails. I wear an 11. 5 medium and these shoes fit perfectly just as the Jag Low did. The Trail 2650 is nicely vented and keep my feet cool all day long.

They run big

Extremely comfortable and supportive right out of the box. Great colors. Received several complements so far.

I think they run a bit narrow. I have wide feet and normally need a 2E and sometimes a 4E depending on the brand. This 2E feels more like a D Width shoe to me. Well see how they break in.

Very stable well built show. I ordered a wide EE, while Im able to wear them they do still feel a bit snug. Hopefully as they break in they will fit as a wife should.

This pair are a replacement for a pair my partner took to volunteer in Swannanoa, NC after hurricane Helene. We were very dirty and sweaty after day one, he decided to sit them outside when we went to bed. It seems a bear needed one of Danners best for their own needs. Thankfully, he had Danner boots as backup! I quickly went to the website and ordered a new pair because he ABSOLUTELY LOVES THESE SHOES. He was lost without them. If you doubt their valueDONT. I have the womens version and love them as well. They survived all the work we did in NC. My feet felt great after days hauling debris, cutting trees, and stepping into muck. They deserve ten stars!

Best hiking shoe that I have ever owned. We hiked 20+ miles one day getting up to Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. No discomfort, blisters, or sore feet. Excellent shoe!

Great shoe

Comfortable, perfect fit, no hotspots and virtually no wear in time. Amazing traction. Lightweight and easy to clean with a simple gentle bushing. Im love my Danner hunting boots and hiking shoes. The hiking shoe is my everyday wear. Work n play.

After about 20 miles I really comfortably sank into the footbed and these are so cozy. They were comfortable from the start and supporting me nicely. They are durable. The sole provides exc traction. Ill buy another pair but if you want to wear a thick sock round up a half size

Had a brown pair that I really liked so bought a Grey pair.

These shoes were fantastic for the first 11 months of casual use, including two trips to Europe. However, around the 12-month mark, they began to deteriorate, with the outsole separating from the midsole and the heel counter support failing, leading to ankle pain. While they look great and perform well initially, they don't seem durable for more than a year. I had considered purchasing another pair, such as an insulated Danner boot, but have decided not to.
