Purchased for husband. These did not feel soft enough... insufficient padding. He generally found these a tad uncomfortable.

need more of an arch support;

sandal felt large on my foot. looked strange to me.

Fit was good. These sandals seem to be well made and my first impression is that they are very comfortable.

Just got the sandles so far I can say the fit is perfect. They are exactly as described, appearance and quality I need to break them in before I can comment on the comfort, but so far I find the soles a little stiff Looks like a winner.

They were too wide, I ordered medium and I run out of velcro to fasten the supports.

This is the 4th pair I've had, and I have two negative comments on the updated style. First, taking off the adjustable strap at the rear is a mistake. The foot rides little too far forward, making it feel loose. Second, the sewn-on loop fabric isn't long enough, and the strap sticks out awkwardly.

They felt very large, even for my big feet, and there was almost no adjustability due to the inner lining of the sandal...you couldnt tighten them past a certain point. They also felt like walk on a very comfortable but FLAT surface, ZERO arch support at all... like walking on a cork floor. They LOOK good, but man, you can't judge a book by its cover, but you CAN after you read it...and I read this Sandal as a Bad Story.

The Propet Surfwalker 11 is big and true to size very comfy and seem to be high quality and very well made. also I believe most people will like the Propet brand shoes

Sandal was large on my foot both in length and height above foot. Not enough adjustment in the straps to tighten it up enough.

Comfortable. Good arch support. Not sure about the texture of the footbed. The material is almost the same as the leather sandal only smoother. I’m concerned that my feet will sweat more. These are, however, true to size with other men’s Propet sandals in the same size (I wear men’s 8.5, D width).

Fit and sizing was great. But no cushioning.. After walking in them awhile, feet get tired and hot. A little cushioning and I would have gave it straight 5's.

not bad no arch support, nice design footbed a liitle slippery if itgets- get wet i was looking for something a little more rugged ,trials more flexible and lite i wear a 4-e-seize 10-my forst stop is always zappos-quick- easy-good return -poilicy-love candals especially florida we will be back

Sent them back. Reordered another pair, a different maker.

These sandals were very nice except they have absolutely no arch support built into the sole. The footbed is completely flat.

I would love to keep these sandals. I love the styling and the fit was great. However the footbed/insole is made of a shiny material that sticks to your foot. It is like you are pulling your foot off an adhesive substance every time you take a stride. If you wear socks with your sandals (yes some do that) they would be great. For the rest of us....

The sandal looks great. The platform was wide enough (5E). I take a size 8 shoe, but the sandal seemed a bit short. The biggest problem were the straps. I tried the size 8 and 8 1/2 and I could not close the straps to cover all of the Velcro, and have a comfortable fit. I could stretch the straps to cover the Velcro, but then the arch and toe straps were too tight. Zappos agents were terrific assisting me with ordering the sandals and easy returns.

Although these popped up as an option when searching for sandals with arch support, they are actually totally flat - zero support. They also look cheap. I bought these to replace a 15-year-old pair of Eccos that finally fell apart. I should have paid more for Keen or Ecco. These Propet are no replacement based on look and feel. Returning and replacing with a better sandal.

I ordered these, but when I got the sandals the design and structure is more like orthopedic shoes. I returned them.

The manufacturer (Propet) used light flimsy material, compared to the version I purchased 6 years ago. It weighs almost half, and more importantly, the arch support is severely lacking compared to the prior version.

Due to how my feet are deformed, this style of shoe is about the only thing I can wear all year long. I'm saying this, because I've bought A LOT of them from various manufacturers. While the propet brand shoe was comfortable, I mean SUPER comfortable, the sole of the shoe was destroyed within months. I've NEVER, and I mean even the cheap wally mart brand, had shoes fall apart this quick. To pay what I paid for them only to have them last less than a year is beyond disappointing. I've bought almost exclusively from Zappos for the last 15 years and none of the shoes were this cheaply made. And considering propet is supposed to be a "top" brand for people with really wide feet, I hope they take a look at the quality this company is handing them because it makes them look bad. Most the wear and tear on these shoes was done in the yard and not on pavement. I've also not gone out as much due to the pandemic, so they've probably had 1/10, if that, the use. Because of how my feet are shaped, I am more inclined to go barefoot in my yard than even put them on if I'm not leaving home.

This shoe was marked as a 5E and the band would not close. The band didn’t even reach to close on the Velcro

Cheap quality. No arch support.
