I love new balances but this one nit like regular ones. Counter lining is feeling like someone walk in it before and I'm trying to straightening again.

I ordered these for work, the same size I just purchase from the outlet store in Pennsylvania where I reside. Tell me why the same brand shoe doesn't keep the same true size across the board. Same brand different style. I need steel or composite toed shoes for work and have been told New Balance shoes are great for your feet which I love my cross trainers I bought and they fit wonderfully. The work shoes seem to big and create an issue while at work during my 12 hour shift. And because I had to buy them online I didn't have a chance to try them on before purchasing then and the return policy doesn't allow shoes returned after wearing them outside so now I can't even return them for a smaller size to see if that works. Help to make sense of this.

Very heavy not comfortable I did not like they way they felt or looked

Hard on the bottom, needed insoles from the start. Will never buy again trashed them after first day

Good looking shoe but big & bulky & bigger than expected.. did not fit right, sent back but been over 3 weeks & return has not been processed.. disappointed

I have owned numerous shoes from New Balance and have always been impressed but these missed the mark by a wide margin.
