I've been buying NB shoes for years, but these are truly awful shoes. After 1/2 hour in these and one heel hurt so much that I couldn't even put weight on it. Thinking it may have been a fluke, I've tried wearing them a few more times. Same result every time. The other heel was fine though, so maybe you'll have better luck than I did.

These are terrible shoes. There is no support and they lose the little shape they had after a few wears.

The showe I bought do not fit me, I contacted Costumer Services and was told I could return them at any New Balance store in Miami, I looked up store locator and got 3 names of different stores, none called New Balance. I called before going and said I had done an online purchase and could I bring to this store, Foot works, in South Miami. I was told it was OK, no one asked me what model or anything like that. After a long trip and difficulties parking in a 90 degree weather, I am 78 years young, I go to the store and a man, did not get his name, he could not accept the return because the model was not sold in that store, and for me to go to a "New Balance" store, I told him all the stores I had located had other commercial names but were listed as New Balance Stores, to no avail, asked for manager, no manager on premises and he just works there, does not make the policy I will be sure to not get any more New Balance Shoes online, nor at this particular store. So what rating should I give ?

These are really the worst NB sneaker I've ever seen. The sole is paper thin. They're made of foam, so they're lightweight, but they're so poorly made that it's like wearing cheap, foam socks and you can feel every rock through them. I'm so disappointed!!!

Since when does New Balance not use American sizing? I would need an 11 in these and I am always a 9-9.5, sometimes a 10 in certain Euro brands. In addition, the 10 was the same length as the 9.5, but a bit wider. Thanks but no thanks, learn how to size shoes again.

As recommended, I ordered a half size up (usually I wear 8.5), these shoes were still too short and very narrow! I could hardly get my foot in the shoe! The shoe has laces but they are just for looks and do nothing to help the shoe fit better, definitely returned. I use to buy New Balance all the time but the last two pair (including this shoe) has very poor quality.

I love the style and the width through the ball of the foot is perfect. They are very lightweight which was an added bonus. However, normally I wear an 8-8.5 in any other shoe but with this one .... I first went with the half size larger, a 9. It turned out to be too short. I then exchanged it for a 9.5 and it was as if there was no difference in length. Because I actually wore these outside, I cannot exchange this second pair. My recommendation to anyone considering these, start with a size and a half larger than your normal size and exchange down a size if you need to

I have an older pair of these I bought in 2019, size 8, they fit perfectly and I wore them out after a year and a half. I decided to replace them so I bought these from Zappos (again size 8) and they were so small I could barely put them on. I don’t know what happened with their sizing but I won’t be buying these again, they were so small- I don’t know if I would need a half or whole size up.

These are the cheapest shoes I've ever seen. I had to replace the insoles because the ones that come with the shoe are like cardboard. I don't know if I will ever order another pair of New Balance shoes again!

I don't think The right shoe from the pair I bought was constructed properly. My right foot kept sliding inward it was a hassle when walking. Also, I stepped on a twig and it went through the sole and poked my foot. Yea it went all the way in like I stepped on a nail! And it was the right shoe.

I took a walk (2 blocks) because the bottom sponge part was keep on hitting inner side of my foot. When I took off my shoes at home, my feet were so sore. Plus, I got a minor cut around my ankle area due to the shoes. So uncomfortable.

I'm bummed cause I bought a few of these a couple of years ago- always happy to find shoes that actually fit my wide feet. Wore my old ones out- so went with the same; this time they're too tight and had to return. :(

So disappointed in these. I've been a Nike Free wearer for YEARS and thought I'd give these lightweight shoes a try. They are SO cheaply made - you can feel every little pebble on the ground with every step. Impossible to wear for even a light walk. Not to mention, the photos don't show that you have to lace them up - they're not just slip-ons. Lastly - they came with threads showing/popping out from the seams. Going back to Nike!

This shoe has about as much cushion and support as a cheap flip flop. Not comfortable even for running errands. Tried it on a couple long walks, walking around the house and standing. Toe box is wide and short.

I'm not sure they're designed for the human foot. The front part is too big. And there's a tight leather band around the middle that can't be loosened, even if you take the laces out. I could barely get my left foot in. I can't even say they run small or run large; they're just wrong for the human foot.

Within the last year, NB has made alterations to this shoe. The back has been raised about 1/2 inch, and that 1/2 inch hits and scrapes my Achilles tendon in a way that makes the new version of this shoe unwearable for me.

I always wear an 11 and have no problems. These were too short, my toes hit the front of the shoe. Instead of the hassle of returning, I let my daughter wear them (she wears a size 10).
