I got these because they were listed as good walking shoes. They are not if you have a high arch. There is no arch support at all.

Cute but not enough arch support. Use them for walking.

Did not care for the support system. LOved the feel of the shoe but again I need a support system and this did not give to me. Again wish New Balance would have some better looking walking everyday wear shoes. The newer colors are horrible as I am not one that has a pair of shoes for every outfit that I wera.

They have a nice soft insert that is foam and comfortable. Cool style. However, I am always a size 8 in all brands of sneakers (including NB). However, as soon as I slipped these on: my front toes were jammed uncomfortably in the front of the shoe. They felt like a size smaller. No possible way to wear these and I needed them this week. I would advise 100% to size up.. maybe 0.5 size up? You can not exchange/ return in stores with online orders. They do provide UPS shipping label to return but will take 10+ days to get your money back.

It was a nice lightweight shoe, but the tongue is connected to the shoe and so I was not able to get it on.

I loved these shoes. They were so comfy. I was able to wear them for long periods of time and not have any pain in my feet like I get with other shoes. I had them for a little over 2 months when they ripped at the seam on the top of my foot. I was so upset I hadn't had them for long at all and didn't overwear them and they ripped. Would've loved to purchase many more pairs but now I don't know if I can :(

Although these shoes are comfortable when you first put on because of their stretchy fabric, they cannot be worn for very long. They are narrow ( I don't think I have wide feet) and feel like the inside of my feet are hanging off the shoe. They do not have any arch support because of this. I even wear them with plantar fasciitis insoles. I got them online thinking they would be as fabulous as another style of my NB shoes, therefore did not try on before buying. I would have returned them, but travel to their store is an inconvenient distance.

They give you the options to do wide but thats still doesn't help. The shoe itself is just narrow. I got a 10w and the length is perfect but I would be able to put the shoe on of it didn't stretch.

I wore these for about 1.5 months, very gentle use (walking to and from campus on flat sidewalk), and they got holes in both shoes!! I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and helped me get a new pair for free in a different color. When they arrived, there was a stain on the top. Have yet to see how long this pair will last.

One size was too short and the next half size up was too big. Very unfortunate for a comfortable shoe.

Shoe looks nice, too short and narrow in the toes. My past New Balance are 860v8 and I loved those but I'm assuming they do not offer that style currently.

Too short, size not true. I have worn New Balance for years and years. So disappointed, styling is great. Will re-order 1/2 size larger. Is NB NOT paying attention to the mfg. they are using over seas??

These are ok. Supper comfortable when I tried them on at the store and thought they'd be good for work. I'm pretty much on my feet 8 hrs unless it's a slow day, and these shoes were good maybe for like 1.5 months. My heels have started hurting already....

The memory foam is comfortable and the shoe definitely hugs your foot. I do not like that my toes hang over the sole of the shoe even though I purchased wide width. The length is also short as I measure between a 7.5 and 8 and ordered an 8 and my big toe was compressed at the end of the shoe.

The only thing I like about this one is the weight! It's super light! But it ties funny and I dont like how it bunches up if u need it tighter. The color is cute. Pink is always cute. I hardly wear it, it's not my favorite. It's a waste of my money, I regret buying it and will just stick to my 501s and 574s

I purchased these in 8.5 wide and they are still kind of tight, but my main issue is that they do not have very much cushion. Even if they fit right I could not see myself wearing these to a theme park ofor example.

I loved the way these shoes look on the ad. But the photo doesn't make clear that the shoe does not have a tongue. For someone with a a fairly high instep there is no way to open the shoe enough to slide my foot in.

This shoe is not sturdy enough to walk. It's sold as a walking shoe. Doesn't work for me.

I was looking for a shoe that I could walk in and jut wear with athleisure clothes, but this show just provides little support. Returned.

I was very excited to find women's wide 10.5 cute shoes. I can never find shoes that fit well and I had high hopes. Turns out they don't actually make wide shoes. It looked like they just added more fabric on a narrow shoe so the foot would fit but there wouldn't be support for the whole foot. Very disappointed.

I have always bought New Balance shoes because I have wide feet and they are very comfortable and with good support - HOWEVER, this shoe is the worst! I ordered a half size larger because the majority of the reviews said it ran small. However, for me, my regular size would have fit better in the toe box. Even with thick socks and shoe inserts, this shoe was uncomfortable, offering no support, and the tongueless top if the shoe, was very tight --so as to cause painful tingling over my high arched foot after a couple of hours of wear. I would not recommend this shoe at all. Order a different pair of New Balance!

Soft shoes without the great structure of the original New Balance sneakers.

I already own 2 pairs of these - diff color, same style. This time I sized up b/c length wise, my normal size is too short in this type of style. Going up half a size made the shoes extremely wide. I had to buy shoe inserts to help with the width of the shoe, still not great though. The only thing I love about the shoes is the salmon pink color.

Runs way.... tooooo small I had been using NewBalance since 1976 and every time, every style were perfect. I love my walking shoes. This is the first time that I tried something new and it wasn't a good idea. I am sorry.
