I could not get this on my foot. The top is connected too tightly to the bottom. My instep could not go through the opening.

Purchased these on sale and fortunate to find this particular style with cheetah print on outer heel and all black accent of these NB trainers. Walking and light training as main usage. Easy on easy off though in my case I found nearly no sole support at all and was immediately feeling pain so great price and super cute look sadly had to return them. I had no problems with receiving a full refund especially due to a flooding of the Hollidays. I have worn New Balance as my main staple of athletics and have never been let down so these were a purchase I had to return and ran into no problems as NB kept me updated via emails in regards to this purchase. Sized up from my usual 10 to a 10 1/2

I ordered a half size up, like other reviewers recommended, and THAT one was way too tight to keep! Can't believe how off the sizing is. The shoe is really cute, but the sole doesn't feel especially supportive or comfortable, so I'm just returning instead of trying again with another size.

I have had a couple of pairs of these before (which I've liked!) and was buying a new pair. This new pair I purchased was shorter in length for the same size I've purchased in the past. I opted to return instead of size up.

I bought two pairs of shoes at the same time, both size 9 which is the size of the shoes I have from New Balance that I've worn for the last year. One pair fit perfect but this show ran VERY small. I returned and ordered a different pair of shoes. If I bought these again I would need a size up. Shoe was light weight and comfortable but I definitely like the FuelCell Propel v2 better.

I love the look if these shoes!!! Similar to the NOAV's I bought recently for retail work and love. So disappointed it felt short despite my ordering up a half size and felt narrow too, which I have always been a B width! Bummer!

My shoes are too small , so I went online to get return label,but, unable to print. I also called 800
Number and spoke with someone to return shoes and order larger size and they were supposed to send me return label and I never got it!!!

Tongue of both shoes was not detached and extremely difficult to get on. Definitely need to order a 1/2 size larger (order normal 10 and one 10.5) 10.5 fit better, but as stated too hard to get on and off.

I really wanted to love these shoes! I have never worn new balance before. Just Nike and Under armour. I was looking for a LIGHTWEIGHT, COMFRONTABLE shoe. When these arrived I was happy to see I had no issues getting them on like other people who reviewed these shoes. At first I thought these are exactly what I'm looking for! I have plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and I'm always looking for a great shoe, with good support and comfort.. About 10 mins walking around the house I started sliding around in the shoes! So I tied them tighter even tho they were already tight. That didn't help. There is NO support on the sides to keep your foot still and supported. I still wanted them to work, maybe just for "house" shoes , but within the next ten mins of having them on I felt like I was standing on cement instead of carpet. So sadly they were boxed up and sent back. These were the perfect size, I wear a 8.5- 9 so I ordered a 9 cause sometimes my feet swell. I wouldn't recommend these shoes.

This is a nice shoe and I will be it soon in a larger size. But I found that my usual shoe size just didn't work (ordered online so hadn't tried on in advance). I'm guessing it's about a half size too small.

Not sure if I just missed this review or it's just me who has noticed this, but my sneakers were just delievered and I noticed how low they hit on the inside of the ankle. You can see in the pictures that it dips down but it's so low it looks incredibly strange with socks. Sad to say I'll be returning these:(

This is the third pair of the same shoe I bought over the past two years. The fit was not good on the left shoe. Since I have not had an issue with the other two pair I purchased, I feel this may have been a defect

Cute shoes but wouldn't recommend them.
First time putting them on, all I could hear is squeaking noises from the sole.
No support, my feet are killing me after I take a short walk.
Wouldn't purchase them again.

These are at least one size too small. I bought from you based on your statement "runs true to size".
I then looked at the New Balance site and they call out that you should order 1 full size up.

The shoes felt too small and too narrow. I've always bought new balance shoes it was always a perfect fit. however these run very small. It's a shame I had to return them I really like the way they look.

I WORK IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM AT THE HOSPITAL. I ORDERED THESE BECAUSE SO MANY HAVE SAID HOW LIGHT WEIGHT AND COMFORTABLE THEY ARE. WHEN I RECIEVED THEM I LOVED THEM BUT AFTER A WEEK I NOTICED MY RIGHT SHOE WAS COMING APART AT THE SEAM. THIS HAS BEEN THE ONLY SHOE THAT IS COMFORTABLE ENOUGH WITH ALL THE WALKING AND STANDING ON MY FEET I DO. IM SCARED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER PAIR.
