Very cute but sizing is off. I can usually order size 7 in Crocs but this Capri flip flop just doesn't feel right. Appears to run narrow and short. Too bad. I love the dressier look of it!

Did not fit well.

Size 7 medium has always been my Crocs size. These run short in the food bed, and are not a pleasant fit. Sending back.

Thong separation too far down on sandal. Foot feel too cramped

Straps are loose. Other Crocs I have are breaking at the thong part. Customer Service says there is a warranty period. I have over 100 pairs of Crocs, but will not buy anymore. In fact, I wonder how I got this message since I've unsubscribed from Crocs.

I wanted these to wear with my dresses and I have the black pair and ordered the same size and everything but they are too big

I had to return them. I am TRUELY an 8 1/2 size. 8 too small, 9 too big. YOU NEED TO MAKE HALF SIZES!

They were cheap looking.

I wear Crocs sandals when the weather is warm in Virginia... nearly every day from March through November. I have been adding to my sandal collection for quite a few years and probably own at least 50 or more pair. The Capri style is my favorite... I have every style and color of the standard single strap Capri sandal . I was looking forward to adding the Capri Strappy Flip to my collection for the summer of 2020 since they appeared to have a dressier look than the single strap Capri. Never once have I ever had a complaint or felt the need to return any Croc purchase.... until two pair of the Capri Strappy Flip arrived today. What a disappointment! I have a narrow foot that is a solid size 7. The footbed of these Capri Strappy Flip sandals in the size 7 is short and I could most likely size up for a better fit. Additionally, the straps are very tight across the top of my foot, which is not usually a problem for me since my foot is narrow. I was seated when i first tried these on and was surprised how tight they seemed, so I stood up and immediately felt discomfort caused by the thicker than normal piece of material between the toes. My next thought was "This is NOT the standard Croc fit!" but I walked around on the carpet to test them out. Unfortunately, I can't give them the high endorsement that I would normally give a new pair of Crocs and will be returning both pairs of the Capri Strappy Flip. Doubly disappointed because I have two more pair in other colors ordered that have yet to be shipped. If they fit like the bronze and black pairs that arrived today, I will need to return them as well. If you are thinking of ordering the Capri Strappy Flip, my suggestion would be to stick to the tried and true single strap Capri style, which has NEVER let me down; they are a little less fashionable and frilly as the Strappy Flip, but the fit and comfort level is fabulous!

First of all, I LOVE Crocs, pretty much the only flip flop I wear, but I don't know what happened with this pair!! And I was so excited to wear them. They are the same size I always get, 6, yet the left one fits perfect & the right one is smaller. I plan on contacting customer service, I hope they can help.

My mom ordered these for me for an up coming cruise we're going on ( she is obsessed with Crocs) I however was not impressed and will be returning these...they are very cute but just don't fit right, the straps come back to far, which prevent the foot for sliding forwards, it was very thick and uncomfortable between the toes, the material was too bulky, and then since the foot couldn't slide forward far enough there was a ton of extra space in the toe area, while the heel was just about hanging off the back...they seemed soft and would have been comfortable if they fit correctly, I was very disappointed....

they make a noise when you walk. Have been wearing them off and on for a few weeks now thought sound would go away it hasn't I have 2 pair of this style won't do it again

I bought these online but once I received them I didn't like them. The front turns up and they weren't very pretty in person.

Returned sandals. To big. Also did not like the light foot bed

This is the first time that I don't like my sandals. I have a few and always love them, this sandals material is of inferior quality. It doesn't look anything like the picture. I am going to return it to the store.

Very disappointed as far as the sizing. I have exact same shoe and size that I have worn out. Wanted new ones and These came in same size but small in fit. Can't wear them as they are toooo small.

I ordered this style in a different color and love these. However, this order in navy blue is not the same...the color is all sparkly...

Not true to size

Too narrow. I have slightly wide feet, but these straps are too narrow.

I've been a huge fan of Crocs for at least 14 years now. I've been purchasing this style for about 6 years. There may have been slight changes made, but always a flip flop, always silver, always sparkly. I purchased this shoe in July and in the last week it's turned the top of my foot, under the "Croc" metal green. This is the first time it's happened and these are currently the only shoes I wear. I am not sure what changes were made, but I am very disappointed.
