While I ordered my normal size in crocs, these were both a touch narrow and also too long. They felt great and I’m sorry it didn’t work out. I’m concerned that the smaller size may be too small all around

This shoe is fantastic if you have any joint issues in your hips or knees. I am 75 and walk over a mile every day and was having hip pain until I found these. The rubber cushioning prevents any hard impact while walking on hard surfaces. My hip discomfort quickly disappeared.

I’ve ordered Crocs Capris for several summers and been very happy with the fit and the style. These are different shoes. At least an inch shorter than last year’s model And so narrow my toes flopped over the sides. My two pair are going back and I’m moving on from Crocs. Whatever you saved on material by hacking down the size of the sandal, it’s not worth the loss of previously happy customers. (See others making the same point....)

These are cute, kind of squishy to walk on, and they have some arch support. Overall mostly comfortable and stylish enough for most casual summer days. On the down side they do flip and flop but they are flip flops. I like the double straps, but I will say the second strap is a bit longer than the first one and doesn’t quite make contact with my foot - good news is that the first one does and it feels fine, like a normal flip flop would feel. If that second strap were just a bit shorter they would probably be perfect. Given my difficulty finding perfect shoes and the fact that these have some arch support, and they feel pretty good for my heels and plantar fasciitis, I’m calling them keepers.

I have so many problems with my feet and arches. I decided to try these Crocs to see how they felt. What a good choice! Perfect fit! Terrific arch support and my feet don't hurt at the end of the day like other shoes make my feet feel. I definitely recommend these and I will be purchasing other colors soon!

These sandals fit very well. Super stylish and very comfortable. Crocs have come along way! I love them because not only do they look good but they are easy to maintain and clean when they get a little dusty. I have wide feet so the style works perfectly for me. I might get another pair in a different color.

I first ordered this shoe in Black, and was soooo happy with it--in every way--that I ordered it in silver, hoping to have two pair in different colors for upcoming "fun in the sun" week. The black pair fit my perfect size 5 feet like a glove, giving me the perfect amount of support that is rare for a flip-flop shoe. This shoe is both functional and fashionable, with the glitter straps giving just enough pizazz that I can wear with a dress for evening beach fun and still feel dressed up. Sadly, the silver pair are being returned. Beautiful shoe, and the footbed fits just like the black pair; but, after ordering two pair (thinking the first was just a manufacturing mistake), I found that the straps are loose on both silver pair, giving the shoe a "sloppy" appearance on my feet. As hubby points out, "You can't run in them." Thanks, Zappos, for your liberal shipping policy. Sending two pair of silver Crocs back to you.

I enjoy wearing these flip flops because they are comfortable between the toes due to the strap material on them. Great on hardwood floors.

I have several pair of crocs flip flops - ALL size 9M. No issues in length, and have lasted forever. Had to replace my go-to pair and they are clearly a different cut. At least 1/2 - 1 full size difference in length. So disappointed I have to return. Hoping 10M are available! Current sizing not the same as old pairs!

Ordering information says Medium Width -- Shoe is marked Wide. Just totally uncomfortable -- not like my other Crocs which I am living in. 9 is too short, 10 is way too long -- Medium is okay, and W is totally unworkable. Would not have ordered if there had been that disclosure.

I would NEVER purchase this shoe again! I had to return all three from this order today!

True to size & comfy too! I had surgery on right foot & have difficulty wearing flip flops. After wearing these around the house a few hours, the shoes molded around my poor worn out feet. I bought them mainly to use as slippers & am very pleased with the comfort of these shoes. Of course, I love Zappos EXCELLENT customer service as well!

These are attractive and comfortable to wear all day. I love these crocs!!! No issues with blisters between toes or where straps lay across foot. Excellent design and no one would ever know they were crocs at a glance.

These shoes are fantastic. This is my 5th pair and I love all of them. Like walking on a cloud. When I am going to be on my feet for quite some time, I always wear them and they are a lifesaver/back saver. They are also fairly stylish.

I have an older pair of the Carpi and I love them! So much so that I have them in 3 different colors. ? I was so happy that they have a new style out! However, I did notice that these new ones run a bit smaller than the old style. I had to order a size up.

I love this shoe but was disappointed that it is too short in length. I recommend ordering 1/2 or 1 whole size larger.

Bought for my wife for Christmas. She liked that they fit well and are very comfortable but did not like the way they look.

This is the second pair of these for me! They are very comfortable and offer great support. I bought the second pair for wearing in home only.

Very comfortable! I plan on doing some walking and beaching on a little vacay, in Key West,,, these should work!

I'm a croc lover and these don't disappoint in the winter. I've had these for a couple years and they still are my go to sandal.

They were just as I expected them to be. Normally I wear an 8.5 but in Crocs, I wear an 8. Plenty of cushion and comfort with these. The first time I wore them I did a lot of walking and my feet were not hurting at all.
