I love the product. However, the customer service was less than stellar. I was on hold for over an hour two different times in an effort to change the shipping address. Although the order had not been processed, the address could not be modified.

Very comfortable and they look great, although I bought them to be my in-the-house summer shoes, so I wasn't really worried about looks. But I would be happy to wear these out of the house, too. I may have to order another pair for wearing inside.
